Already only three points separate the top five teams... this is going to be another tight year with only one team in red running away with it!!0

Gunter has been outstanding at Centre Back, has really shown his quality today. Bogle's hold up play has been very good but seems prone to making the wrong decision when support is arriving to receive the ball. Fantastic to see Williams arriving in the 6 yard box to open his account, love him.5

JFC is really playing well. He's seized his chance when nobody really gave him one.6

Missed the first 15 was on khazi unloading all the biscuits .
Decent enough what I saw great work from Maatsen for the assist .
I’ll take a point right here and now ....2 -
This is a team that is quickly gelling into the Bowyer mold.
Despite injuries, it feels like it will just get tighter and ever more difficult to beat.
Really looking forward o this season.
If only we could be there.6 -
Gunter is one of those players who'll never really get the plaudits like Matthews as he's not the same type of attacking Right-Back
He keeps things damned simple though and just quietly gets on with the job which is what you need the majority of your squad to do6 -

All this team really needs to get even better is for us to drop Shinnie, JFC or Williams and play a slow 35 year-old who gets booked every game6

Good first half that. Portsmouth definitely look like the best footballing side we have played so far - there movement, touch and one pass football has been nice to watch in the little sections they've managed to do so.
But I feel like we have more than matched them, and because they are an attacking side we have definitely managed to exploit that extra space in the middle of the park.2 -

We started slow; Curtis should have scored; Pratley could have easily been off.
However, we are one nil up with Williams finally bagging his first goal and JFC looking very good at times. Got to be the most entertaining first half of football I've seen us involved in this season- two decent sides playing some good passes and getting in behind on occasion - much better than the turgid offerings we have had in recent weeks (not that I'm knocking some vital wins).
Keep it up second half!1 -

Pretty happy at half time. Think we shaded the half, once the sloppy passing settled down, and got our goal with one of the few bits of quality. So far it’s been the right decision to keep Pratley in midfield and the patched up back four is doing pretty well.Rode our luck with the open goal miss and Pratley escaping unpunished from a pointless lunge, definitely could’ve had a penalty too.So far we’re coming through our first top 6 test (post transfer deadline) reasonably well, if not flying colours yet.1
