So many conflicting comments on Bogle!
    The new Leaburn
As someone who never saw Leaburn play, I wanted to make the comment that this is what I imagined he was like to watch but was frightened I’d be struck down by the Leaburn fan club. Is the comparison accurate in any way?
Leaburn once went about 300 games without scoring.
    Well it felt like it.
Bogle has a long way to go to get to that legendary status.
I always think it's worth waiting to see if a player scores for Charlton at Old Trafford before deciding whether he should be compared to Carl Leaburn.
    F.a.cup quarter final.
    Lost 3.1
    I was there
    Not many were
I think we took quite a few.

0-0 at half time and Schmeichel sent off.  We thought we were going to win it.  Then Mark Hughes scored early in the second half and we ran out of steam.
Halftime singing was immense at that game
    Things can only get better.

61' | Pompey keeping up the pressure but are still yet to make it count in this half Andy Cannon, in particular, is looking good going forward

Bogle's in and the ref blows for a free kick. FFS

Another foul on Williams wins a freekick, but we could've had an advantage there?

62' Great passing from Charlton sends Bogle away into the box, but the referee blows to pull back for a Charlton free-kick. There should have been an advantage there. Watch live: http://live.cafc.co.uk #pompey 0 #cafc 1

This ref must've done his training with Stroud. Absolutely abysmal.

Nice to see the ref applying the advantage for us ...
Is he still trying to even up the non card to Pratley  ??
  • Nice to see how we've limited one of their top scorers so much they've decided to take him off

Lovely header from Carl Leaburn to pull a goal back.

Man U came out for the 2nd half and were pretty clinical for 20 mins.

Was JFC waiting for the whistle after that nudge from Shinnie there?
  • Washington is such a Charlton player the way he tracks back

    Possibly.

    Probably.

But then he's got quite a bit wrong this afternoon for both sides.
