Jim White is an awful presenter who pretends to be a journalist. His goal in life is to feel important so he attaches himself to every new story. He gets fed info from his scummy mates and can't be bothered to fact check any of it.
Hopefully Thomas tells him to do one in the future and provides information to the fanbase some other way.

Simon Jordan in middle age is a wiser and poorer man than the flash arrogant orange toss pot man of his 20's and 30's.
He has always understood Cafc plight since the early days of Duchatelet. He had no reason to stick up for Charlton fans as many had call him all the names under the sun. Richard Murray and Jordan had many a row.

Jim White is a sensationalist reporter. He is good at that, but it is the lowest of the low in terms of the profession. Talk Sport is a channel that, on the whole, tries to be controversial to gain listeners. The problem is, it seems pretty obvious they are saying things half the time just to be controversial rather than expressing a genuinely held view. They are then trying to manipulate listeners.
The bottom line is this. Try and find a Charlton fan who is anti Sandgaard. When you give up on that, try to find one who is pro Elliot(t) or Farnell. There is nothing to expose in relation to Sandgaard, he is a respectable and successful businessman who may have saved the club from extinction. An extinction made possible by the likes of Roland, Nimer, Southall, Elliot(t) and Farnell. We all know who the good guy is here.13 -

To sell more advertising, they need to get more listeners.
One way to get more listeners is to create drama, conflict and sensationalise interviews.
It's not about impartial reporting. It's about getting interviewees to rise to the bait and generate that sense of drama.
We shouldn't be wasting our time listening to the likes of Jim White and Talkshite radio.
Remember, their only mission is to sell more advertising.

Very well put. Jim White is sensationalising to get more listeners - if he stirs things up a bit - then more will listen. It's no different to papers like the Sun and the Mail with garish, misleading headlines - just to sell the paper. They lie, exaggerate, over dramatise - anything to get you to buy! The Grant and Bonne money is immaterial tbh. I think sell ons and transfers are paid over the length of the players contract, so grant (6yrs) and bonne (4yrs) ain't gonna make a massive difference in the short term. Think I read TS say that both were very welcome though, as we are obviously facing losses again this year0

Just to be clear, the Elliott side has been pushing the line TS hasn’t put any money in for weeks. It may or may not be true net of transfer fees and other income, but it is irrelevant because he has taken on the liabilities and unlike ESI has the wherewithal to meet them. I don’t see that it’s defamatory, personally, it’s just beside the point, unless you think TS isn’t good for the bills when they fall due.30

Sandgaard is cool, calm and collected in his response about Farnell, Elliott etc, and then White’s voice jumps several notes on the scale when he says ‘are you saying Charlton fans have nothing to worry about?’.
