Off to Bonny Donny today.
Notice we have a lady lino this afternoon, the highly rated Lisa Rashid. Is she the first female official at a Charlton match - and therefore a bit of history being made today?
Also, Jason Euell makes his debut in the dugout as Charlton's new 1st team coach. Love to see continuity at Charlton.
Nads has had a fortnight to look things over, form his impressions and put his own fingerprint on the squad.
Liked his comment: “What have we got to lose? Let’s try and be as positive as we can" .
Bang on. That's what I like to see from our manager.
Team lineup: No idea if Ryan is fit enough or no, but Washo out hamstrung.
Chance for Rocket Ronnie perhaps?
Ryan's back!
Live on Sky.
No Valley Pass live stream, except some foreign countries (not including Cornwall, unfortunately
)
No Scott Minto Show today, either. That's a big miss, I always enjoy the pre-match bants with Scotty & Curbs plus legendary Addick.
Come on you REDS!

Be interesting to see his first line up1

Interesting quote from Nadkins I've just seen: "“Maybe I’ve got in my mind the way I want us to play. But maybe just at this moment in time, where our squad of players are collectively and individually, maybe they don’t fit into that."
He goes on to say it's about using whatever shape or style we can to keep the season going.
So expect we're not going to see a typical 'Adkins' transformation in style of play. Squad aren't up to it. Be interesting to see how we set out today.2 -
No Famewo or Schwartz even in the eighteen...
Not sure what he's going with, Jaiyesimi as our sole wide man potentially up front with Stockley?1 -
Well, it's different2
-
Maatsen on the wing or as part as a wing back set up ?0
-
What formation is that? 5-3-2/-3-5-2 with DJ up front?
Inniss and Pearce as overlapping centre backs? 😉
Millar and Gunter rested after international duty.0 -
Gawd knows what formation we’ll play 🤔0

I thought Nigel liked attacking football?
Looks very defensive to me.1 -
Looks like 4-2-3-1

I like the look of that team, exactly what formation that means I don't know0
-
Going to be interesting to see how that team sets up.0
-
That looks grim to me0
-
Well that's not even close to a line up I would have imagined. Excited to see how it plays out.2
-
Looks to me like he is keen to have a good look at players who may still be around next season.2

Obvious thing is our lack of wingers. Can’t move to a 4-2-3-1 or 4-3-3 with only two wingers/wide forwards.1 -
Famewo injured? Looks like my January bet of never seeing Inniss and Famewo together again still looking good4
-
No Schwartz at all , which is surprising seeing as Washington is injured.
Just 2 strikers on the squad of 18. Boooooo

Interesting times. Surprised that Morgan's not around, unless he's got a knock. Looking forward to seeing how this pans out...0

Unless Maatsen is playing further forward?0

I think that’s the end of Ronnie.1

Wow! Interesting0

Interesting that Gilbey starts he must be training well and we know he has been out on early morning runs before training. Maybe we are going to see his box to box play ?0
