The new Leicester home shirt is an absolute beaut. Proper late 80s/early 90s vibe about it.

Not bad but still a template type of kit. If the 3 stripes would have carried on down the arm then it would be better in my view.
I didn't now another Trainspotting sequel was due out. Good news. Spud Murphy is looking pretty rough though.

Never liked the Charlton badge on a shield, It's unnecessary.

I’ve thought for years we miss a trick not having the shirt out in time for kids (and big kids) to wear when they go on holiday.

So Hummel are going to pay homage to this viglen/quasar kit with the new kit then?

We're you consulted this year about the new kit design?

Several fan groups including the museum were shown "concept" kits from Hummel. None of which resembled the Quasar / Viglen kit.

I'm half expecting a half Denmark half cafc kit. Hummel makes both so it's not too out there

Are we definitely sticking with Hummel? . I’m sure TS hinted a few months back that we might not necessarily stick with them .

We've got one more season on the current Hummel deal

There is/was one year remaining on the contact. Additionally do Hummel co-run affairs in the club shop? I remember Nike had a deal in place some years ago.

I think the shop is still outsourced and not really run by the club at all which is probably why it’s so crap.

I’m sure I remember hearing TS talking about bringing it back but not sure when the current deal expires.

I know Hummel do make some.old shirts for Spurs which get sold in their club shop so it's not out of the question, albeit they currently run our club shop.

Elite, which is an off-shoot of Hummel run the shop.

That Hummel could run the retail was one of the big attractions for Meire because of Roland's obsession with keeping staff head count down.

Also she was lazy and stupid and outsourcing is great for people like that. Although outsourcing also has it's benefits.

I know Wayne Mumford has spoken to all the big kit manufacturers as well as Hummel cos he told me.  He wouldn't be doing his job if he didn't.

Pretty sure TS will want to bring retail (and hospitality) back in house when the current deals end.  Is not having the shop a deal breaker for Hummel?  I don't know.

If they could brighten the red up a few tones would be a fan of something like this for us from Hummel.

Don't get me wrong, it is a really nice kit but...

Their first kit is red? Don't think they have got the hang of why teams have alternative kits.

Looks a bit too much like a training top to me. Would need a couple of flashes of white to look proper Charlton.
