    I had a look at backing Gunter to score against Italy on my Paddy Power account- 14-1 to score anytime when he hasn't scored in over 100 internationals. They can F off with odds like that! It has put me off using them.

    That to qualify. If you think they will win in ninety minutes they are 4-1 which i think is nuts. I'd say there isn't much between the two teams.

    What do i know?  The odds worked out just about right. Wales were awful.

    Are Denmark that bad a price to win it @ 15 on Betfair?

    Yes they lost their first two games but, let's face it, they hardly had their mind on the job for the first one and there's no disgrace in a narrow defeat to Belgium. They will avoid, until the final, in the other half of the draw the likes of Spain, Italy, France, Belgium and Portugal and will,  play the Dutch followed, in all probability, by the winners of us and Germany.

    Denmark won the '92 Euros having received a late entry following the defection of Yugoslavia. Whilst Eriksen is a big loss could his absence actually galvanise them to landing the Euros once again?

    So im not a regular gambler but thought I’d put a £1 accumulator bet with Paddy Power on who I thought would win.
    Ive just seen I’ve lost bet on Italy winning because their goal was in extra time- even though they won and Austria are out!

    Yes, you need to put your money on 'to qualify' though the odds will be shorter.
    It messed up my accy too, and we won't be the only ones.

    Italy showed that you can look good against the crap teams but not so good against well organised ones. The Czechs looked a tidy if uninspiring side to me and could potentially frustrate the Dutch.

    I have done Czech win 5/1 and Czech 2-0 win 25/1. Only put a tenner on it, enough to make the game more interesting.
