One of my Womble mates was very critical of him.
He stated that Dobbo did not make good use of the things that he would find, things that the everyday folk left behind.29 -

It's not always easy to call the order of your signings and begin with the marquee signing.
Happy with this.0 -

@Weegie Addick can you confirm please, you aren't talking about Tennis ?3 -
A thinking mans signing.

Steve is busy working on the next signing.0 -
Based on that assumption, should we be getting another one today?soapboxsam said:ElliotCAFC said:Strange we haven’t seen any comments from Gallen on this one.
Steve is busy working on the next signing.Even a busy man can spare 2 minutes to give a quote to the official site, he did with CM and Stockley - I’m sure he was busy working on the next signing then.0 -

Vadaine Oliver eh? Twin towers up front. I'd actually love to see it.2 -
Think that Dobson will be a good signing looking forward to more!

Is he left or right footed? Not easy to tell from the highlights reel.0

Don’t we usually get his view the following day?0

At this level every player will have certain limitations.
My view is that at this level a manager gets the best out of a team by giving each player the responsibility to do the job they do well and not a job beyond their skill set. This must help a player to play with confidence and prevent him hiding, frightened to make a mistake.
I'm guessing Dobson will have the specific role of stopping the opposition having the ball, everything else he adds to his game will be a bonus. Sunderland it seems asked him to take on a more demanding role he wasn't suited to.
I liked the fact he came to life when talking about needing to prove some people wrong - shows NA is looking for hungry young players.
