I am all for that strategy except that Mullin literally did nothing prior to last season. 32g on 46 matches is awesome but in his prior three seasons in L2 he was 13g is 68 matches. And his last year in L1 (2019-20) was an uninspiring 3g in 20 and he got sent down to L2. In other words, I would not agree he is "the best in L1 or L2." I think he is possibly a flash in the pan. Good strikers usually start becoming goal scorers in their teens or early twenties, not out of the blue at at 25. Although for a "free" there might not be much to lose, I guess.
