How very sad. I only ever travelled with Jean a handful of times but on each and every journey she made me feel welcome, as if one of the family. Never mind going the extra mile - Jean went thousands, and thousands more to support her team, and there can be few who didn't enjoy doing so in her care. RIP another true stalwart.6
