    I don't think the issue is Roddy as a person per say, it just seems to be the whole set up. TS has effectively appointed himself as the CEO despite having experience of running a club and seemingly leaning on Roddy for too much. We need someone like curbs as director of football if you are going to have this current set up

    To be fair to Adkins, he did ok with another manager's team. What went wrong in the summer and how much of that was down to him I don't know but he is now toxic and only damaging us by staying. But I still want to know who was responsible for the summer. Somebody or somebodies were. For Roddy to have the influence he seems to have, he seems to have a very secretive role. I would like to know exactly what that role is. If he has nothing to do with this, we need to know.

    Because his original post was littered with factual errors.  The same way your brother doesn't get kudos for predicting doom and gloom when he has done it every day for the last 40 odd years. He is going to be right sometimes.

    All this gratitude that Sandgaard saved us is wearing very thin now. I've been very patient waiting a month for NA"s sacking. Now have to seriously question what the owner is thinking

    If you’re gonna get sacked you usually don’t know you’re gonna get sacked.  So I wouldn’t take Adkins saying “it’s all positive with TS” too seriously.

    Think everyone has had hunches that turn out to be right every now and then 

    But maybe it's him calling fellow supporters Twats, for not being in total agreement with his initial rant, that's gonna trigger people.

    Jimmy, I think it’s the unnecessary gloating and the timing of it mate. We’re all hurting at the moment and all now know the situation.

    Where was all the noise when we lost 1 out of ten in our run in? 

    I'll hold my hands up and say I got it wrong about Adkins, but giving it the 'I told you so' over Charlton's failure, to other Charlton fans, is just muggy.

    I also think there's much more to it. Can't all just be Adkins

    He's got to go. 

    But our club will continue to fail until we have a structure in place with people that know what they're doing. 

    Our problems started with the recruitment and went downhill from there.

    I know people call it the dreaded vote of confidence, but when you’re so vocal about getting to the prem and into Europe, then take the same approach when it goes to shit. I’ve never seen our fan base (apart from the RD clowns) have such a significant one way verdict on a manager like this one.

    I had a feeling in the summer things were not right but I can't hand on heart say I thought they would be this bad. It was enough to persuade me not to get a season ticket as at my age I am fed up with the collective mis management of my club since the sacking of Powell. And the sanctimonious comments from people within the club who should be embarrassed we are in League One. I would still have got one a few years ago. I am not going to watch us at the Valley, which is a decent drive with predictable traffic problems and come home and kick the dog or take it out on my family. I watch the stream which I can turn off.
