I'd like to think after the amount of years JJ has been with the club he could probably have found someone a little more relevant to talk him up than Jorge Teixeira if he was indeed trying to get people to talk him up for the job. Similarly if Sandgaard is on the fence about appointing him I doubt a few lines from Teixeira is going to convince him to dish out a permanent contract.SELR_addicks said:

The fact everything is getting thrown at Adkins when fitness is an issue (down to every coach).
I do think there's a bit of a question as to how early on Jackson was briefing against Adkins knowing he would get his own crack at the whip once he was gone.0 -
