Considering how things have gone so far in the series, I suppose we have to say that by the end of play we had a fairly good day…..get Smith early doors and we’ll be in with a chance of dismissing them for a less than respectable total.1

It seems that playing Leech to act as a "containment" bowler is like starting with a defender up front just because he is tall.
A bowler is supposed to take wickets. If he can't then he shouldn't be playing. Root is a better spinner.....and can score runs to boot !!

Best way to get someone out is to pitch it up. Half trackers just lead to cuts & pulls. We haven't a clue & will be chasing a big total again. But batting will look a lot harder when we come to bat I can tell you that.0
