Very pleased with this.
Although I'm half expecting Ipswich to come back in and re-sign him with a bid better than ours.12 -
Very good signing. Feels like part of a proper rebuild rather than hand-to-mouth getting through the season.4

Looks like he signed last night, I think he'll be a good signing0

Beam us up the league, Scotty2

In infamous game that was the fan's fault I remember.
Looks at Watson's defending for the first attack Fraser makes, then his goal. Absolutely awful. No change in the Hartlepool game.

Fraser played for them against us a couple of months back and I know their fans weren't too complimentary about his performance that night.
But welcome anyway lets hope he can make a difference.0 -
I am really pleased with this. I have been following his career closely for a long time*.
*Since 1pm this afternoon.6 -
Happy with this.
Hopefully a clearer and smarter direction in recruitment, the sort of player that's been missing from the middle all season.

Fair play to Sandgaard for this. I know nothing about this player (must watch Quest with my eyes shut) but seems to be a good signing reading the comments.
Hopefully part and the start of the rebuild0 -
He was the #1 target for me in the Summer and I was gutted when he went to Ipswich. Great work TS.2

Have I mis-read the numbers?charlton_hero said:
I thought it was mentioned above that ITFC paid £750,000 for him, and we have signed him for £500,000 so how have they made a profit?0 -
It's almost as if no one really knows and they just make up the numbers.eaststandmike said:

Not a cheap signing this. Certainly wasn’t expecting it on deadline day.
Hope we get the MK Dons one!4 -
both deals are undisclosed so numbers are all assumed. £500k was our ceiling valuation, I hope TS hasn't gone too far beyond that.eaststandmike said:

Some people thought TS was skint...
He is now.9 -

Some of these comments make me laugh. He has spent less than £750,00 on 2 players, one of which cannot play twice a week which is required in this league. The other 2 signings are loan players and will not be here next season.
We will see how much he is prepared to invest in the summer as that window will be key to getting promoted.0 -
Good to have Clan Fraser on board.

Maybe there's add-ons, which can eventually bump up the total price ....... you know, international caps, promotion to the Championship, percentage of future transfer fee, etcDazzler21 said:

Or perhaps it's as simple as complete payment up front, rather than instalments spread over a couple of years?

He's not skint but if he's spending 1mil, or close to, every window for a League one club he soon will be!

I'd have thought with our general success rate / performances levels we should negotiate 'refunds' rather than 'add-on's' !Oggy Red said:

With the obvious caveat that talk is cheap, glad to hear TS saying he wants an end to rebuilding the squad every summer. Think we still have a big job to do in that regard this year anyway mind you, but he's certainly put his money where his mouth is so kudos to him for that much.Scoham said:1 -
I think he had do the midnight centre circle initiation before signing.BigRedEvil said:Looks like he signed last night, I think he'll be a good signing2 -

Welcome and good luck Scott. Potentially a very strong signing, but an element of risk as always. My spidey senses aren’t too positive about this one but it’s based on nothing but gut reaction so I hope I am wrong.0

Interesting to hear Sandgaard say that Fraser was our number one target in the summer. I knew we had an interest but it's kind of pleasing to hear that he didn't just bypass us on the way to Ipswich, we'd targeted a quality player from the start
