Does anyone know what has happened to Deji ? Unfortunately I dont get the chance to follow the youngsters as much as I would like so apologies if this has already been mentioned but is he injured as he doesnt seem to have played lately ?

This keeper looks half decent. Anyone know much about Ahmed Kone?
Saw him play in a game at Dartford. A very good shot stopper.

Couldn’t watch this one but Miles is 6’5” tall so will appear cumbersome.  He also only recently turned 18 so plenty of time to develop further

Kone is very good from what I’ve seen.  I’d have him ahead of Harvey.

@MilesLeaburn is the hat-trick hero on his first start for the U23s as the young Addicks earn victory over @QPR #cafc | http://cafc.co.uk

First time starting for the U23’s @MilesLeaburn and you have so done yourself proud. 5 goals in 3 days. Well done son

90+1 LEEEEAAABURN! The U18 striker completes his hat-trick! After being fouled in the box, he dusts himself off to net his third from the spot. #qpr 0 #cafc 3

Kone looks slightly short for a keeper but young so may still grow. Comfortable with the ball at his feet, as is the modern requirement, but sound catching the ball and good shot stopper from the little I've seen.

  • Kone looked superb against Brighton in the cup game.  Great to see Leaburn score a hatrick.  Hadn't realized Kanu was injured.  Well done young guns.

Great result. So exciting to have Gavin, Kanu and Leaburn scoring goals. Plenty of talent elsewhere too that is really beginning to shine.

Didn't Leaburn senior get his only hattrick for us with a penalty?
Yes, away at Ipswich in 1996 ish
    I was there

Could to see the report makes reference to Miles being a 2nd generation Addick. Much more grown up approach than never mentioning Jacob Roddy relation working for the club at the time.

Hopefully Kone gets more time as he's looked decent.

He's looked well positioned in goalmouth traffic.

He's been in and out since his return from injury.

I think there are so many other qualities apart from height. I like Kone from the limited times I have seen him and we smooth over the rougher edges and we may have something there.

We seem to be playing a different keeper every game.

Molyneux today, Kone last week, Harvey 2 weeks ago. And that's without giving first teamers Henderson and Harness a game.

I'm not sure Henderson is even back fully fit yet.
