I’m hoping Marshall is doing that interview as garner is locked into a 48 hour transfer deadline bunker
    With these bad boys hopefully...

Hopefully not - they’re what the likes of Mat southall and Jimmy saville would have

Garner possibly in Bolton tonight pointlessly (?) watching their 2nd string play?

Looking at it most of that Bolton team played a part last weekend.

Wonder if we will go similar as ‘strong’, as opposed to full on kids.

Finally, the one we've all been waiting for.

I do like the aspect of the competition where we get to see younger players. It's just so, so many things about it are dumb.

its a pile of shit despite what marshall might be saying - coaches might have a wet dream about it but its an insult of a competition for fans

I’ve won 2 free tickets to my local papa johns match tonight…Accrington Stanley vs Rochdale…also got a free margarita pizza 🍕
    Won?
    That’s what I thought too 😂 but I’ll be back here when it’s a 5-6 thriller…
Match was 3-3…Rochdale came back from 2-0 down only to concede a sucker punch in injury time…then penalties, which Accrington won with their keeper scoring the first and saving two. Well worth the £0!

Anything less than a 6 - 0 win and Marshall should be sacked.

  • I don't mind the cup as a lower league cup, chance of Wembley and you can see today our kids getting a chance but also yesterday our U21s including a load of U18s getting (and taking) their chance to step up.

The issue with it is the PL U21s which I think is a total piss take.

There again aren't the PL about to bribe the Championship to take more of the U21s in loan with more solidarity payments which is essentially a back door way of them having B teams in the league.

Kanu hat-trick to end our interest in bringing another striker in?

With no reserve footie, I'd imagine that quite a few players who a part of the first team squad are happy with this game coming along.

Fans and Players don't always align in their views.

Yes you are right. It is really only Charlton fans who are interested in seeing our emerging young players being tested that would be interested.

Those more interested in bulletin board tittle tattle should stay at home.

War bunker under the West Stand on the big night

22.45:00: Leaning back in his chair
    SG:"Well, that one's kyboshed TS!"

    22:45:05: Tightening his E string
TS:"Hey listen to this riff man..."

    22:45:06:Googling hair restoration sites
BG:"Go with Plan B SG... Go Go Go!"

22.45:07: Opening a Walkers Classic Variety pack
    SG:"Who's got Swindons number?"

    22.45:08: Adjusting her bra strap
RS:"Oops! we made them redundant last week..."

Transfer window and door slams shut and the roof falls in to the sound of TS beasting Stairway To Heaven.

  • Don’t think we can afford to play either Lavelle or O’Connell due to the injury to Inniss.
