  • Payne feeds CBT and his "shot" ends up in the car park...bloody hell lads we need these chances

Oxford come down our right, but Clare somehow manages to put a tackle in and rebound the ball off the forward to win a goal kick.
  • Of we can get at least one goal back they will crack.

Stockley wins another free kick in midfield. Henry to take again

55' Blackett-Taylor hits one. Excellent work from Payne to feed CBT in behind but he shoots over.
Needs to stop trying to leather it.

That's probably an attempted cross, as that's where normally they end up

Free kick goes far post, but Stockley heads over.
  • This ref needs to get his cards out or Stockers will keep on getting bundled over every time he gets near a ball

Ref is doing his best to help us out.

  • 991 brave Addicks in the ground tonight, hats off to each of you, deserve a lot better ..
and still the VFR rings out...👍
Dean Holden should refund you all!
I'd also like Holden et al to refund everyone who forked out a tenner to watch this bilge at home.

Ooh! Free kick taken by Henry goes wide to CBT, nice cross across the box but no-one can get to it.
  • You can just see all those Texans who are watching this tonight rushing to write out their cheques for 75k dollars tomorrow morning.
  • Peak CBT
It’s not just him though is it? JRS, Payne, Kirk, Fraser - all our supposedly creative and talented players are all unforgivably wasteful in good areas. We look decent 40 yards from either goal but absolute shite in and around both boxes and it doesn’t matter who plays it’s the same problems.

First time I've actually thought we're going down. Hopeless.

Haha. Never been a goalscorer. Madly over rated and now doesn't even put a shift in

Starting to wonder whether some of these have been told they will be surplus to requirements after any takeover? The body language is appalling and several look like they have properly chucked the towel in.

Is Clare's first touch always poor or is it just me thinking it? He seems to have to almost tackle himself every time to get moving.

We look better now because we have about 50% more backbone on the field (from Inniss mostly)
  • If there’s a clash of heads, it could lead to a Payne Inniss Chin

Will he ever be presented with a passable chance by the rest of the team? Much much better players than him would not score for us playing in tiny if tonights midfield.

Bodin through on the right, Inniss recovers well to block his centre. Corner for Oxford.
