Form clearly has importance but you also have to acknowledge that a change of management could well lead to a change in form. The change in management has clearly led to a change in effort and performance levels but that needs to be turned into resultsgolfaddick said:

Sort of but Bolton are stronger at home than away. Played 2 less away games but scored 13 less goals and have lost more away than home (albeit by 1 game). We were very much in intensive care for at least four of those. Green shoots of recovery in the last two. This was never going to be a quick fix, but from what I've seen of Jones , I think fix it he will.ElfsborgAddick said:

We really could have done with getting a draw at Reading 10 days ago.

Reading are a perfect example of what getting a win can do and stringing results together, forget about them they're gone, if it had to be a winner tonight rather them than PV7
