Did I miss the vote?

Scotch is a drink, you should actually use the word Scottish or Scot….but then it wouldn’t rhyme with crotch of course….oh well, nice try soapy.🫣

Lived in Scotland for 9 months back in 2013. They used to love it. Or maybe not.

Just caught up with the video, seems a nice lad and doesn’t seem fazed that he’s making a big move from home to an area he doesn’t know with no mates to turn to. Let’s hope he has the strength of character to adapt and thrive.

I did it the other way mate when i was 23 lived nr Dunfermline. You're right no family, friends and you lose all your contacts you have made over the years etc.

Can get a bit lonely but i am sure Mrs Leaburn and other team mates will sort that out.

Not sure do the club have accommodation that players can move into before they sort themselves out. Or am I being too old fashioned.

None of the Lyle Taylor "it's only a job" type nonsense, he seems like a lad who really loves his football.

Refreshing.

The players we’ve signed this summer seem like good people from the interviews I’ve seen.  Hope they are good footballers too .

Alan Curbishley, and Son of Curbs, always judged character as well as ability when signing a player.

It seems NJ is doing the same.

I think it goes with giving the manager the authority to pick and choose the signings and not someone with a laptop and an ego.

This

Looked very good today I thought, Small was one of last seasons few highlights but he's got serious competition for his place now. One particularly good intervention stopped a goal.

Thought he was outstanding today. Might be the signing of the pre-season

Thierry Small might have a problem getting back into the team.

I think we might see Thierry more at home when we play a bit more expansively
