I wonder if Luis Suarez is still tempted by Burton Albion after his last minute goal last night...0

Perhaps neither Bishop or Hylton are making the cut ?gilbertfilbert said:Bishop no longer listed.1 -
Sheringham. Prefer it to “Scotty”eastterrace6168 said:Can't quite get the Teddy bit, reminds me of Teddy (Theodore) Roosevelt, or Teddy Bear...no, it would have to be Eddie if it was me...just saying...🤷♂️0 -

Well I've heard of short term contracts of course but this seems a bit extreme even so...gilbertfilbert said:Bishop no longer listed.9 -

So who are we signing then?
All eyes on 10th August…0 -
Would be brilliant to see all 3 go permanently. If TC is a genuine striker option , I guess we might see another striker leave too - either someone pays big for Leaburn or Kanu goes on loan . Suspect Ness and maybe Taylor might go tooSidewaysInOz said:1 -

The Taylor situation is interesting. Harsh I think that people think he should be moved on. He’s been unlucky with us and when he signed wasn’t it considered to be a very decent bit of business ? I think he deserves a chance to prove himself but I have no idea if he’s the high tempo high energy player that Jones likes.43

He's also the natural cover we have to Coventry. I know other players can play in the 6 but not with the the same style. I'd be surprised if he goes anywhere3

Taylor will be part of the squad, before the injury he would be the type of player Jones would like, and seems to have been a key part of this summer so far. Can't dismiss the kid without seeing him play11

Jesus, what was Leaburns injury? Basically 12 months outRonnieMoore said:

I know our new fitness expert has done a lot of work on Miles' situation so hopefully it is a case that we're taking time to make sure that he is actually fully fit and it won't tear again as soon as he starts playing.Covered_End_Lad said:

If any strikers leave its likely to be one or both out of Casey and Mbick, presumably on loan like Kanu last season.4 -
Fair - I didn’t know thatRonnieMoore said:

He looks really poor in that role though, hope we bring another holding midfielder in and then use Taylor as a backup for Docherty. Think he will be better in that rolefenaddick said:He's also the natural cover we have to Coventry. I know other players can play in the 6 but not with the the same style. No way Taylor goes, people seem to be basing that on him being fit at the end of the season but not featuring, something we could afford to do because we had so many midfielders at the time (remember Louie Watson, Camara and Fiorini not even getting in the squads) so we could make sure he didn't re-injure himself.
He's a set piece specialist and a box to box midfielder, very similar to Coventry and I expect them to compete for that role.15 -
Would it have mattered if he reinjured himself given the season was about to end?sam3110 said:No way Taylor goes, people seem to be basing that on him being fit at the end of the season but not featuring, something we could afford to do because we had so many midfielders at the time (remember Louie Watson, Camara and Fiorini not even getting in the squads) so we could make sure he didn't re-injure himself.

It would if it meant he missed pre-seasonChunes said:

I actually think Taylor could be like a new signing to us , once the season starts9
