    I know he's ex-Millwall, and I've not actually seen him play yet, but these videos are giving me a bit of a soft spot for Mitchell.

    Do we have any update on how Chuks pre season has gone so far ? Has he undergone the same intense conditioning as the others or are we still “nursing” him to some extent ?

    Appears the latter but he did come on for 10 minutes the other day. Think he will always need a personalised regime and I think that's ok

    I am hoping spending a couple of weeks in Slovenia will be a great experience and bonding time and nudge Zach Mitchell and Thierry Small closer to signing new, longer contracts.  Them and Leaburn all need extensions swiftly.

    I don't think I saw Chuks on the bike or the big runs they filmed, but I saw him a lot in the gym and a bit in the ball drills, so I suspect it's more of an ongoing managing process

    Just watched the Karoy and Nathan roomies video, they seem like lovely boys don't they. Hope they both go on to have the careers I forsee them having, hopefully in the red of Charlton!
