Pressing run down the left from Bishop draws a foul and a free kick LH side of the area, taken, but comes to nothing, but we are starting to get into things a bit more...

You get a lot more time than this from L1 players. Encouraging

Notice that this will be the Nigel's first Pre-Season game of the summer, so we SHOULD be in a better position fitness wise than them.
Yes, the PL sides will be behind the EFL ones as their season starts later.
    Yes, I can confirm this.

I'll be honest I know we've played a few games and they're just back in this week, but we're looking pretty good against what is a mostly Premier League team, early on

    Drinks break.
What has been good is that all of our players have been triers. Crystal Palace have quality, especially their centre half, but not at all unsatisfactory so far.

Pretty pleased so far with our play especially since a number of Palace starting 11 are on the pitch

The important thing is that we are going to learn close to absolutely nothing about our L1 prospects from this, but we are all going to pretend we have learnt a lot

The way comms are talking, it sounds like there will be coverage for the Wimbledon game - Unless they anticipate audio at the very least.

If only Aneke was OK for the season.

So sad that Aneke looks like a premier league player.

I'm liking Ramsey on this showing, got a feeling he and Small will be my favourites this season, as they impressed me last - But like how Kayne is treating this more than a friendly.

Would be worried if he was doing stars in their eyes as Fraser

Is it just the 4 England internationals that are missing and the odd Scandinavian one as well !
Michael Olise went for big Dosh.

Funniest comment I saw last season was Palace have a weak team 😂

Hopefully they will this season as more mega bids come in for the 3 outfield England Internationals.

Sometimes it takes an age to play out from the back, and AMB is very slow in getting the ball away...

Honestly you can see why a lot of his issues over the years have taken a toll mentally as well as physically. His hold up play and football intelligence is on a par with many top flight footballers

Brilliant too from Kanu to make the run, hold it up and lay it off to Aneke
