Hopefully so we sell out and get more, we would have sold more last year if the organisation wasnt a shit show (if i remember right). TBH more allocation is probably my only chance of tickets this year.

Because there are too many comments that the tickets go on sale too late.
So they put them on sale early and ...........

At least they took them off general sale quickly when they noticed that error. Swindon 2010

There is a sensible balance though. The first phase started before Clive even had time to post the thread here  :D

Did we get more ? thats what i mean, you get 1400 odd but can be 2k if theres a need. We will definitely sell out the first lot as its pretty much a local derby.

We didn't, but according to FootballGroundGuide we could:

What is it like for away fans?

Away fans are located at one end of the ground in the South Stand, where up to 1,400 supporters can be housed. As you would expect from a relatively new stand the facilities and views of the playing action are good. If demand requires it then part of the Main Stand can also be given to visiting supporters, bringing the total allocation up to 2,000.

I think this will make general sale anyway

They did last year and there were still plenty of empty seats if I recall  . If we are still high up in the league they might go before general sale but i doubt it.

I'm not sure if I imagined it but did I read on another thread  over the last couple of weeks that there may be train disruption on this day?

LNER which run the fast direct services from Kings Cross to Scotland  & the North of England via Stevenage may be affected by strike action by ASLEF drivers on this day but Great Northern/ Thameslink services from London  to Stevenage should be running as normal on this day.

Not doubting what you've heard, but that doesn't sound right. If we have been given 1400, surely a lot more than 400 have been sold. Unless they've allocated us 2k and we have sold 1k before phases 8, 9, and 10.

These were like gold dust last season, and we are a lot better at footie now. Either way, should be a sell out

  • Quick question @Bedsaddick , that car park you’ve mentioned… is it big? I.e. do I have to get there mega early to guarantee a spot? Thank you

Fairly big. I have parked there last two games and think only got there about an hour before kick off with no issues.
