Anyone know if it is sit where you want?
I have two kids with me so need to get there early if so.
Your allocated a seat on the ticket, but if you know what local-ish away games are like that usually ends up meaning nothing on the day.

Yeah, that is what I am expecting tbh.  Have to be honest, with Bonne likely to play I am glad there are some empty seats so I can move around if needed.

I was at Cambridge away last season with my lad and at age 10 he heard a lot of stuff I would rather he hadn't..!

Fenchurch Street line, you can always get off at Westcliff. There are numerous pubs on Hamlet Court Road, including The Hamlet Court, The Craftsman and Westcliff Drinks Company. All 15/20 mins from ground.
Will see if i wake up on time.
    Set an alarm mate.
Prefer the natural approach myself. Better for the body's natural rythms
I'll try that excuse next time Im late for work.
  • The Club (SUFC), has busted it's buns to make the majority of the North Stand habitable for the visit of Charlton, and it has cost them far more than will be taken in ticket sales etc. It will be a shame if your allocation is not full but I'm sure those of you that do attend will enjoy the day. That's the FA Cup for you. By the way, we've knocked out around 7k worth of home seat sales to date, so a gate in excess of 8k is likely. The weather forecast is set for dry and around 14°c, the playing surface is looking good and Macauley bonne is excited.
Heading for a decent Like throughout the comment, until your final line scores a medley of LOL. Well played.

I'm aware that some Charlton fans already bought tickets in the home areas before the extra allocation. They would have much preferred to be with the bulk of Charlton fans.

I understand that Southend pushed the boat out to ensure the extra allocation,  but some information that this was being worked towards would have been helpful.

Anyway, enjoy the match in a good traditional ground. I'm sure the atmosphere will be great.

Yes. Since this isn't work I'm back to bed for a bit longer.
  • Has anyone worked out if there is any kind of stream for this somewhere?
  • There’s usually moody streams where you click on a load of shit to try and get the adverts and what not off to see the pictures , you end up with 20 porn sites opened and can still just hear the commentary and see part of the pitch and then you sometimes get to see it all .
I think this is what I went through for Gills away in the Cup or maybe the football bit didn’t exist and I’d clicked on the filth pages myself

Over in the UK for work this weekend. I always try and fit Charlton into my visit but the allocation made any chance of going very unlikely so I arranged to meet some mates in London. Now there are enough tickets available, but I have plans, so I'll be sat in the Ship and Shovel instead. Not great, but what can you do. Anyway, my last visit was seeing Crsy Valley Paper Mills at the Valley so maybe the real ale party will be better. But I'll be glued to the phone from 3 to 5, hoping Southend don't morph into Tamworth.

I didn't attempt to get a ticket in the first allocation as I had no realistic chance of getting one, so made plans to do something else (Welling v Chippenham) that I cant now change, I would have gone if we had the bigger allocation from the off, suspect there are plenty like me who made alternative plans for their Saturday afternoon.
    I’ll see you there mate

Talk your mates into going to watch some live, relatively local, cup football. Got to be better than just sitting in a pub (and you can still have a few jars!).

Maybe they'll allow Addicks in the home areas to swap for the away end.
  • Anyone know best place for parking close to the ground ?

I have a spare one, it's an over 61 though.
  • Got two spares for sale if anyone wants them. Will be in a pub near Southend Victoria if anyone buying a ticket doesn’t want to make the journey to the ground early

Any streams available for this game? I’m the only person in the world without a fire stick

Does anybody know how to find out how many priority points we have?

I had a half season ticket last season and went to a few away games too. I also bought additional tickets for friends at home games. I haven't missed a single game this season.

When I tried purchasing a ticket for Southend before the Chelsea U21 game I was told that I only had 10 points and couldn't purchase one.

Obviously this is wrong, so I'd like to know why I only have 10 points and which ticket is the only one they have counted.

Additional home tickets when you've got a season ticket don't get you any points. Stating the obvious but if you don't give your Con number when purchasing you don't get the points either. They go on automatically once the fixture has taken place if you have bought using your Con number.

I don't seem to have a name in the top right. It just says 'Hi there'. I guess this is where the problem lies.
