    Too much data analysis, zonal marking, xG bollocks. Back in the 70s and 80s when we were at this level we had players like Killer, Walsh, Eliot, Smudger Smith, Les Berry. These players knew what their job was and the whole thing was kept simple 442 or 433. And there was only 1 sub in those days.

    We are crying out for someone with pace to run at their defence but we don’t have those options on the bench apart from Small

    By far the better side defund half could have been a couple of goals up.. Very clever set piece, blocking of A Mitchel as tired to go with the scorer

    Ironic thing though is Taylor is out best midfielder, and he was blacklisted until we ran out of options. 
    While Hylton is now getting games.

    Absolute site. Don’t matter who is in charge these players are just not good enough end of. If you don’t spend the money to get the players you get found out which is exactly what is happening. Mid table finish unless they spend big in January. You get players like A Campbell utter dog shite.

    Alan Campbell and Greg Docherty are such like 6/10 at best players. They run around a lot but they're not very good on the ball. And they're supposed to be our two 10s. I've said it before but I get why teams wanted Docherty to play deeper, he just doesn't look good going forward and he offers little on the ball. As for Campbell, he's just bad on the ball. He is a little ball of chaos, which can be good, especially against better sides. But against these sides where we have the ball he offers nothing.

    Gas and Small on for Taylor and Campbell. Luke Berry, an actual midfielder, is on the bench. And he has scored four times this season.
