I was going to support some grass roots football today, seeing as there was no championship games. So I thought I’d do my bit and pop down to the Valley, only to see your game was postponed as well for some reason.16

I went to see Merstham beat Beckenham Town 4-2 on Saturday and was very impressed with the standard of the football and the quality of some of the goals. Merstham had a younger high tempo team that thoroughly deserved their win against previously league toppers Beckenham. Pleasant day out watching entertaining football.0

Not that would have made a difference. They gave up when they went 1 down, and they had a decent crowd there considering.0 -
