    Exactly. If you are short and direct with your question it’s much harder for them to not answer it directly. These questions just allow them to waffle

    What do they mean Gassan didn't have a pre-season? He was still under contract at Ipswich. He joined us on 4th July and he was with us for the summer training camp.

    To be fair to Heather, CM and GC have answered a lot of questions before at Addicks events; I think she tried something different to see if it unlocked an interesting answer.. it failed. No harm.

    GC looks really uncomfortable.  CM job that the stadium runs well. So what about the broken turnstiles, broken toilets, dated marketing posters and crap pitch.  Good work Charlie!

    Are we looking to buy or lease the Valley 
    How many seasons are we planning to get to the Premiership !
    what are they doing about The Valley falling apart

    Assuming they are referencing the niggles he came with / picked up throughout. Similar to what happened with Lloyd Jones 12 months previous.

    Lucy - question on alignment between boardroom and dressing room.
    Gavin - importance of cohesion, governance structure, communication channels are incredibly open. Mentioned the cyber attack again, as an example of a challenge they've had to deal with.
    Methven - football club is 2 businesses in one, business side is multifaceted with him doing the stuff at the Valley, Rodwell and Nathan doing the football business at Sparrows Lane. Occasionally come together when necessary.

    But he surely had a good chunk of the pre-season because I remember him playing in the friendlies.

    He certainly had more of a pre-season than Miles Leaburn, so hardly seems like much of an excuse.
