Absolutely. I still can’t fathom it unless inappropriate levels of pressure were applied by Arsenal. To this day I consider this damning evidence that the big clubs have too much influence on the England team.
Henderson seems like a mad inclusion, a quick look and he doesn’t even seem to be playing that well for Ajax. Walker also seems odd. I guess a lot of the squad are young so maybe it’s a leadership thing
James and Walker over Wan-Bissaka or Spence. Quansah has played 10 prem games this season. Dont get me started on Henderson when there’s no Wharton, Gallagher or Gibbs-White.

Is Gallagher injured? Would have thought he'd be a definite for a midfield spot.
Played midweek but hasn't been starting every game for Atleti. Would still have expected him to be called up though
That hasn't stopped Rashford being included. He's started four games in the last three months and has four goals in the PL this season. Equally, Quansah has started two games in the PL all season! Surely Branthwaite should be in front of him?

Livramento will probably be playing/covering LWB and Walker is unreliable these days. Think the player in ahead of Branthwaite is actually Dan Burn, that would be a like for like swap
