I go to the wonderful CL well again.
My eldest, Robert, is running in April 2025 for his second tilt at the London Marathon - and for the same cause that he and his brother Danny have raised funds for in previous runs. A cause, as you will all know, that is very dear to Munro hearts.
Whatever support you can give will be greatly appreciated, and know that the money will be very well spent.
Thank you xx

Well done both! Great causes
I haven't kicked off my fundraising yet so I'll make a start on it!

Thanks
On behalf of my son, thank you very much.
We start watching at the Rose of Denmark. It gets fairly busy but no problem standing right by the curb to cheer them all on. Music, food, and Guinness - what's not to like!
i think they have changed the route round canary wharf since i last did this and now wouls beed to watch at Mile 15 and 18.5 which depending in the speed of your runner may not leave long enough for lunch in between.
Medders formally of this parish is running this year as well.
charlton > canary wharf > westminster > trafalgar sqaure
From own previous running experience, Canary Wharf is around 17-18 miles and the legs are starting to hurt then. If you can get somewhere along North Colonade (my entourage was waiting outside KPMG) thats when you need a boost. Then you can get the DLR from there to Thames Gateway, see the runners again around Tower Bridge around 22 and then jump the district line down to Embankment for the final 1-1.5 miles and you're a short walk from Horseguards Parade where the runners come out at the end.
If you see RHINO JAMES, be sure to give me a shout - I'm gonna be sweating like hell in there 🥵
