exactly, the link's now started working but I now can't buy my group because I have tickets elsewhere (though I think we now have enough tickets between us!)

Mine came through a few mins after I finished the buying process on the ticket site

I am still waiting for the confirmation email with tickets and had the same thing with renewing my ST last week. I only got it resolved by asking the ticket office to resend the email and it eventually arrived although in my spam email. Perhaps a quirk of the system that their automatic emails don't find their spot?!

For Apple wallet download folks...... my ticket confirmation email came through 45 mins ago and the digital download now working for me.

I’m concerned about the average intellect of our fan base. 

I've finally got in and bought three seats: mine and grandson's ST seats but the next seat along for Dad.

I was struggling to work out what to do until I read posts above saying you had to click the actual word "here", so thanks everyone!

My brother has had an almighty faff trying to do his seat though - the club had introduced the safe standing areas upstairs this season but my brother's seat was at the top of a stairway so had no barrier in front of it. A while back he got a call from the ticket office to say that his seat had been removed for safety reasons and so he had to be relocated.

Since then he's been in what we called the "buffer" seat between his two and my two (when he took over Mum and Dad's STs a few years ago he moved them from 240/241 to 235/236 because that's where he stood anyway, we'd use that buffer seat if Dad wanted to come and on the rare occasions we sold lots of tickets we were less likely to have anyone buying a single ticket between us so we'd still have a bit of elbow room).

However the seating plan on the ticket website still shows seats 234 and 235 as existing and 237, which is now bro's ST seat as unreserved and available! Our details page still shows his ST seat as 235 but he couldn't select it to purchase ... because it doesn't exist! He ended up buying 236 and 237 and said he's looking forward to the eventual purchaser of 235 not having a clue where their seat is!

This also works if you are trying to buy your usual ST seat (well it did for me).

It does now, but it showed as “broken link” for about the first 40 minutes of sale.

Thank you. I do wish Charlton were as helpful and clear as some of our supporters! Having been online for about 40 minutes, finally got mine in the basket it then asks for date of births of all those who are in our party who have concessions even though we've all had season tickets. Anyway says I've got them and in fact email received 

I cant seem to buy my kids season ticket seats. only the adult ones show

Thanks, I had been pressing everywhere in the box, other the word 'here'  

Once I did that, went straight through to make my purchase 

The email came through straight away too 

The club really should have made it clearer how to buy your own ST seats though. Luckily I was busy at 11, so was able to learn from others.

Had same problem. Said they were not "strong relationships". When I tried to update it it says they are already in another relationship group.  Then charged me more for an over 65 than an adult.

Thanks that worked - had to log in on another tab as that page with the red alert box didn't appear after getting through the queue. I missed the click here link on the select match option and clicked reserve on the Wycombe home leg option and its the link to get your season ticket seat on the subsequent page that doesn't work.

Less than 10 minutes from logging in to website and tickets arriving by email. 

The emails seem a bit random. I got mine virtually immediately. My son is still waiting for his.........
