Surely its not that difficult to design and code a ticket system which is user friendly and allows season ticket Holders to be given automatic access to buy their regular seats? Disappointing but not a unique fault with ticket systems, seems that the computer nerd who designed the semi final ticket system didn't take into account that we only have one stab at buying for a play off ticket, so needs to be bleeding obvious and really user friendly. Please do better next time ...Memo to the Charlton Ticketing Manager sort this out for potential final tickets.......
First you have to spend three or four years to get a degree after which you might get an online interview for a shot at a not very well paid job working under a manager who is too thick to conceivably understand what it is you actually do.
And I would say that that it is quite difficult to do this sort of thing with time constraints and nobody bothering to check you work ! All the tools and information are probably already on your laptop. If anyone could get something done in a couple of weeks, I'm sure the club would love to hear from you!
Sorry - probably not a good time to say this when everyone is trying to vent their frustrations. Sorry Sorry.
Maybe the club could at least get the fucking floodlights working by next Thursday so all the new potential recruits get a good impression of the Valley and don't have to sit in the gloom all night!
I’ve got my seat. Thanks to the info of clicking the word ‘here’. Got the email and printed the ticket. I doubt that I’d have done it without reading this site first. 😊
I have clicked on the “Here” in the alert box and two of our three season ticket seats are available, but why not the third? We all sit together and the 25/26 season tickets were all renewed together. I tried to buy it separately but it’s greyed out. Will persevere.

I have the same problem only 2 of the 3 showing.
I have bought the two on offer and the confirmation email came through immediately. The third seat is my son’s and he has his own login so he is doing his separately.
Just tried to print my ticket but my printer has decided to go kaput. To save me having to buy an emergency printer does anyone know if I be able to scan the ticket from my phone at the door?
You can also usually be able to print out at your local library for a small fee if you really want a paper ticket.
What a rubbish system. You can’t pay for your friends and family’s ST seats….
My son has just bought our three in our ST seats as we are all linked. I won't be going but he will be along with his missus and a mate - my eldest and I will watch it on TV - the final as well if we get there as his wife is expecting around that time and he can't be too far from home! For the final my youngest is away anyway and I won't go if my eldest can't.
Got ours sorted but it wouldn’t allow me to allocate my 14 year old’s ticket as an under 18 despite me filling in the age confirmation thing and allocating it to his existing account. Had to pay full price.
Minor gripe but the Charlton booking system must be the only site I use nowadays that still charges a bloody transaction fee and that's 3 of them its charged me today as had to do separate bookings for season ticket seats, non season ticket seats and valley express.
Have received print at home seat tickets but nothing for Valley express yet (although all 3 payments gone through) has any anyone else had Valley express confirmation emails yet?
You need to click the word ‘here’ rather than just anywhere in the box
Thank you - I actually had to come on here to work out how to buy tickets, I knew someone would crack the code. Why that entire message isn't a hyperlink, or even the word 'here' isn't underlined, I don't know. Also had to resubmit my son's name and DOB to buy his season ticket seat - information already held by the club for a ticket assigned to his account.
Not a moan from me - there must be an inexperienced and/or over-worked web developer on the website, trying their best - but like many of us we just want to share these small details, that take a minute to test and get right, but make the site so much easier to navigate.
That 'advice' aside, £65 for me and the boy for tickets + Valley Express is cracking value for such a big game. Very good pricing by the club.

Says calls can't be connected
