Apart from the ST seats that will become available tomorrow from either those you can't go or those who have bought other seats because they couldn't seem to bag their seats.5 -
Just catching up on this, so despite people's season ticket seats being reserved for them until 11am tomorrow, loads of people have been trying to log in with the general sale at 11am, haven't worked out how to get their own seats, and have then decided to buy seats in completely different locations instead, and are then emailing and phoning up to then get the club to move the tickets they've bought, to the seats already reserved for them anyway?10

ST seats are held until 11am tomorrow, absolutely zero need for people to panic buy.3 -

Hope they give it back when they trundle back home 😁0 -

Club need to provide Charlton fans some in house training on ticket purchasing. We are not premiership ready at all, so come on everyone we need to stand up and be counted here.Great to see it so busy, but people should just take a breath and consider that their seat had been reserved.3

Daughter was able to log in and get our tickets. People moaning about people moaning is not helping IMO. Some of the issues are down to people not following the club's instructions (which is to be expected) but far more are down to the site not recognising fans it was quite happy to recognise last week when I renewed our season tickets. And this on a bank holiday when there's probably no tech support and no way of reporting it to anyone who can do anything about it.
I'm sure we'll sell out, but half the group I sit with have had the same issues with the login failing.4 -
Do the club do refunds? I’ve got 2 in North B block I don’t want as I bought my own seat in the end7

do we think the ticket office has been the best version of itself and have they done the basics right? or are we all just as thick as shit ?11

I’ve been trying to buy home tickets in our ST seats for myself and my 9 year old son. When I click on the link to buy my ST seat it only give the option for my seat and not my son. Very irritating. If I can’t get through on the phone (been trying all day) then I’ll have to take my chances on nabbing the seats when they come off reserved tomorrow morning.1

Updated information on home play-off tickets
The initial tickets on general sale for the Addicks’ play-off semi-final second leg against Wycombe Wanderers at The Valley on Thursday, May 15th have now sold out.
Season-ticket holders can still purchase their season-ticket seat for the game until 10.59am on Wednesday, May 7th. Season-ticket holders that are logged into their ticketing account can click here to purchase their season-ticket seat.
Any un-sold season ticket seats will be released for general sale at 11am on Wednesday, May 7th. This release was initially set for 11am on Tuesday, May 6th and has been moved back 24 hours to allow the club's ticket office to cope with the high demand around play-off tickets.
Supporters should be aware that due to demand email ticket confirmation on tickets purchased, is taking slightly longer than normal to come through for some.
We understand some supporters have had challenges with purchasing tickets. We apologise for any inconvenience. Should fans have any challenges, issues or queries, the quickest way to get support will be by emailing tickets@cafc.co.uk. The ticketing demand means the response to these queries is taking slightly longer than normal but team are working hard to respond to these queries.
