I presume Warrick mentioning 2000 away fans is key, and that if it was less away fans, it would be doable.Doncaster only brought about 1400 for the last semi final and we segregated. Maybe Wycombe made it clear they were expecting to sell 2000 and this has made splitting JS more difficult.1

Yeah but posting that info leaves nothing for people to moan about regards how the club is being run, compared to the good old days.4 -

I’m assuming we told Wycombe to sell the lower tier first and not start on the upper tier until the lower had sold out otherwise it’s a moot point anyway.0

But I'm not going to to be able to make either of the Wycombe matches.
I can make it to Wembley though.
Let's hope the team can, also!
@AFKABartram
There's a little job to be done first though!

golfaddick said:felix_31 said:golfaddick said:Peter_G said:I reported earlier that when the tickets went on sale to ST holders, I found that only two of our three seats has been made available to me. My son had his own Fan ID and was able to log in himself, but (like so many others) he wasn’t able to buy his own seat so he bought another seat in the next block.
After several attempts, and 15 minutes on hold, I spoke to someone in the ticket office today and she was able to sort it all out for us and the three of us will now be together for the game.
I am conscious of criticism levelled by some at ST holders for doing what we did, but I reckon there must be several hundred of us who are neither selfish nor stupid for doing what we did. The ticketing system simply did not offer a way for my son to get his usual seat, as others will attest.
It has now all been sorted to our satisfaction and the “other” seat has already been snapped up.
But can you, or any other ST holder on here explain the mentality of your decision last Sunday to buy a ticket in another part of the ground when the IT system wasn't letting you buy your own seat. I'm just curious as to the thought process & panic mode you were in to think that on day 1 of 12 you had to buy a ticket, any ticket, that day even though there are less than 8000 ST holders in a ground that holds 24k home supporters. Did you really think that if you didn't buy one right now that they would sell out before the end of the day ?
Is it a fear of missing out (FOMO) or some sort of siege mentality. Are you one of those who panic bought all the toilet rolls in the early days of the pandemic in fear of going without even though there had been no mention of short supplies ? I'm interested because I don't recall this happening before on here & wondered if anyone would agree that if they had been more measured then by Tuesday everything would have been back to normal, the IT system problems would have (and did) get sorted out and you now wouldn't have to be ringing the ticket office trying to exchange tickets for your "held" season ticket seat.
Just wondered if it's me (probably is)
I can not purchase ANY tickets until tomorrow at 11am. Only current Season Ticket holders can purchase before then.
Do you honestly believe I'd be sitting here talking about thus issue if I could simply log on a purchase a ticket.
And again, without wanting to sound pedantic or annoyed......its because of all those Season Ticket holders who panicked, bought tickets elsewhere and are now wanting to change seats (back to their 24/25 ST seats) that is causing all this mess and subsequent delay.
Just own it. You panicked, bought elsewhere and now everything has calmed down & the IT system has been sorted out you all want your own seats back.
Whaaaa......👶1 -

Should have given Wycombe the minimum possible and suck up any costs. It's the playoffs FFS.3

Ive said it before but Ive never liked having away fans behind the goal. Ideally if we ever managed to 'finish' the Valley and have a complete closed bowl shape we could stick the away fans in a corner or on the end of a stand at the sides. But it is what is it is.2
