Haven’t seen it, so wasn’t sure if I’d missed it.
No I'll put it out today mate, been too busy reading twitter, Charlton Life and tiktok all day. Between that and making Nathan Jones memes, it's been hard work

Looking forward to the video mate but keep the memes coming 👍

Dragged the Mrs to her first game of football. Not remotely interested and tbh that’s suited me as I can go with the boys. But I think it’s a measure of the atmosphere on Thursday that she now wants to go to Wembley. New fan.

Thank you very fucking much Charlton….
Haha, it is a nice feeling when you finally get partner in to Charlton though.

My wife wasn't in to football at all when we met, but started to ask about our score once realised how much I loved Charlton.

She's now the one on Saturday afternoon asking if we're buying the game on Charlton TV to watch after dinner (still can't get used to 9pm/10pm Saturday kick offs by the way).

I wondered why my legs hurt yesterday, I think 19000 of those steps were in my seat.

    Still buzzing.

What a club. I was so despondent around everything football this time last year but I'm head over hills with Charlton again.
    Head over hills?

Just googled it. It’s a five star resort in South Africa

Me too. My wife has been steadily getting more and more into it over ht last six years or so. She's from Newport so the smattering of Welsh players over recent years has helped, and now Jones too.

She's always loved the Charlton Cymru flag, generally in the NW corner. Not always there, but was back Thursday night and looked to be a new bigger version which was in shot for much of the post goal madness.

There have only been 2 all London play off finals before, both times the Championship play off.

Both times, the losing team has won the final the following year.

Is Ollie Groome back at the club? Saw him in Charlton gear talking to Johnny Jackson near the Charlton TV boys at half time.

Orient will take solace from that little nugget of information.

TC got nothing out of Grimmer, but I was surprised they didn't try swapping TC and Small over for 10 minutes before Small was subbed, just to give their defenders something else to think about. TC was definitely better on the right, but Small would have been a completely different challenge for Grimmer.

The problem with that, is that one is playing as a wing-back and the other as a wide forward, so simply switching them over would have unbalanced the team. It would only really work if they were both playing as wingers/wide fwds.

The guy who did our promo is now openly praising Crystal Palace on twitter

Suppose that's his 4th London team now.

Typical as well seeing that little rat fuck Leahy screaming abuse at his keeper when we scored. What a nasty piece of work he is
Right or wrong but the goalie bottled it.

We have done the switch on several occasions this season and it's worked fine with a slight alteration.
Killer saw it the same way as me and it was worth 10 minutes as Grimmer would've struggled with Small.

It was ironic that a long ball undid the Wycombe defence as that hadn't worked all night.

If I'm a Wycombe fan, I'd still be raging that Kone was left out of the starting XI v Charlton at Xmas. That appeared to give us an unnecessary boost, when we were almost out for the count form-wise and it appeared to be the beginning of them falling away from the top spots. Looked a pretty pivotal decision to me.

    It certainly was:
That strange decision was made by Bloomfield and Kone scored when he came on as sub with a sweet strike. He was on the top of his form at that time.
When Bloomfield a short time after went to Luton they immediately put in a bid for Kone.
He will be gone in the summer, as much as I think his tackle or tackles in the first leg was a shocker, he'd be right to go because Dodds doesn't play expansive football to bring the best out of Kone.
could we not swap an ice cream cone Kone for Ahadme?
    Fixed that for you  :D

If we were to win at Wembley, I'm concerned he may spontaneously combust!

Had he dived at Jones’ feet to get the ball, the ref would have given a free kick to them.

Seeing 6ft3 Jones steam in at pace, with a loud Valley urging him on definitely contributed to a moment of brain freeze.

Dumb question, but why was the attendance 25,722, when it was sold out and our capacity is > 27k. Segregation in JS didn't look like over 1k seats? Has the standing section also reduced our capacity?

Our capacity is now quoted as 26,875 now, so makes sense 25,722 with segregation

I’m not sure I’d take transfer market as the reliable source on the capacity… the capacity is 27,111… we’ve had attendances of that number to prove it and as far as I’m aware haven’t removed any seats since!
