Dragged the Mrs to her first game of football. Not remotely interested and tbh that’s suited me as I can go with the boys. But I think it’s a measure of the atmosphere on Thursday that she now wants to go to Wembley. New fan.Thank you very fucking much Charlton….23

I wondered why my legs hurt yesterday, I think 19000 of those steps were in my seat.2 -

What a club. I was so despondent around everything football this time last year but I'm head over hills with Charlton again.
Just googled it. It’s a five star resort in South Africa

She's always loved the Charlton Cymru flag, generally in the NW corner. Not always there, but was back Thursday night and looked to be a new bigger version which was in shot for much of the post goal madness.1 -

another successful hack on TC by Grimmer.2

There have only been 2 all London play off finals before, both times the Championship play off.
Both times, the losing team has won the final the following year.0 -
Is Ollie Groome back at the club? Saw him in Charlton gear talking to Johnny Jackson near the Charlton TV boys at half time.3

TC was definitely better on the right, but Small would have been a completely different challenge for Grimmer.2

Suppose that's his 4th London team now.8 -

We have done the switch on several occasions this season and it's worked fine with a slight alteration.
Killer saw it the same way as me and it was worth 10 minutes as Grimmer would've struggled with Small.
It was ironic that a long ball undid the Wycombe defence as that hadn't worked all night.4 -

That appeared to give us an unnecessary boost, when we were almost out for the count form-wise and it appeared to be the beginning of them falling away from the top spots. Looked a pretty pivotal decision to me.
It certainly was:
That strange decision was made by Bloomfield and Kone scored when he came on as sub with a sweet strike. He was on the top of his form at that time.
When Bloomfield a short time after went to Luton they immediately put in a bid for Kone.0 -

Seeing 6ft3 Jones steam in at pace, with a loud Valley urging him on definitely contributed to a moment of brain freeze.1

Dumb question, but why was the attendance 25,722, when it was sold out and our capacity is > 27k. Segregation in JS didn't look like over 1k seats? Has the standing section also reduced our capacity?0
-
Our capacity is now quoted as 26,875 now, so makes sense 25,722 with segregation
