is this a ploy just to stop 35k fans ripping out seats, the pitch and anything else they can get their hands on as souvenirs after their game this weekend?
I assume over time it'll be modernised, probably have capacity reduced and they'll build other things there as well, as the women's team obviously do not need a 40k stadium.
Taiwo Awoniyi of Forest is in an induced coma after the 1st phase of surgery for his serious abdominal injury after his full on collision with the post at the weekend. I was amazed he stood up, let alone tried to play on. The Assistant ref didn't flag for the offside until the move broke down; as they are instructed to do.
This is the accident which should make the rule makers have a rethink as his injury wouldn't have occurred if the flag went up straight away when it was close but still a full body length offside.
Taiwo only had a fiver minute cameo and this was the incident that promoted Marinakis to confront Nuno Santo on the pitch at the end of the match. How when his body was wrapped round the post at speed the medical staff thought he was ok to carry on is a mystery.
Hopefully Awoniyi has the next 8 weeks to recover and then restart his fitness for the 25/26 season.🤞🏻
Edit: Ruptured intestine and vital that he doesn't get an infection.
Another Premier league weekend, another defeat for both Spurs and Man U.
Spurs 1 win in 11 league games. Man U 2 wins in 14.
The Europa final in midweek is shaping up to be a classic.
It feels really bizarre, that if you desperately need 3 points, Spurs and Man U are the teams you want to play. And Villa get to play both in their final 2 games!
1 point now separating 5 teams (3rd to 7th) in the race for a CL place. Man City do have a game in hand though on Tuesday, and they need 4 points from their 2 games to be sure.
City, Newcastle and Chelsea have it in their own hands. Villa and Forest are relying on results elsewhere going their way.
Forest v Chelsea is the biggest game. The loser will likely end up in the Conference league (although if it's Chelsea and they win the Conference league final they'll go into the Europa).

Should be a red and a goal-kick.
I get that they are focusing on Europe but even so, that is absolutely pathetic.

This Sunday, home to Ipswich, will be his 500th and final Leicester game. It would be fitting if he got his 200th goal as well.
Would be great if he can get his 200th goal. Might have to get him into my FPL team for 1 game.

Forget that you're right must have had Castore last season.
