I find it funny how people marvelled over a journeyman who in my opinion wasn't as good as Thierry, in CBT. Yet would be happy to see a 20 year old with his whole career leave for free.
    Eh?
  • Well that’s that then.

Definitely a player that keeps you on the edge of your seat with plenty of potential, but prone to lapses in concentration and does need coaching through games.

It will be interesting to see how he gets on.

Wanted him to stay. He's an exciting player to watch and scares defenders but the stats don't lie when it comes to his end product.
  • Let’s hope the replacement has some flair at least
  • We move on.

  • Pity but I believe we’ll get a good replacement. He needs to stop changing clubs so frequently.
  • That is gutting
  • A pity, liked him a lot and his footwork was p*staking for a full back/wing back. Hopefully we’ll get another progressive RWB if we are sticking to the 3-5-2. Good luck Thierry
  • I can’t pretend I’m not really disappointed. There’s a bloody good player there and he’s only going to get better. He gave his all for the shirt, but losing any player who was a key part of promotion to a now direct rival leaves a bitter taste.
Exactly how I feel, just like when we lost Bauer to the exact same team. It’s all well and good saying that we’ll get better but we can’t know that for certain

  • Damn he looked soo fired up here thought he'd stay guess we couldn't match the wages.
  • I would like him to have signed based on his potential but I think he was far from our most effective player last season. So I'm mildly disappointed but short of 'gutted'.

All the best to him. If he gets it right he's Premier League but if he doesn't improve I think he will find himself on the bench more often than not.
  • I know that this will sound like sour grapes, he has left Nathan jones to work with Paul heckingbottom!!!!!
  • Thought he’d go regardless of promotion, it’s a shame but as others have said he is replaceable.

Unplayable on his day but needs to be more consistent.
