The Blues had agreed an obligation to buy Sancho for a fee of about 25m if they finished higher than 14th in the Premier League, which they did - or pay to get out of the deal.
So Chelsea presumably don't think he's worth more than £25m, or else they would have bought him and sold him on for a profit. That's quite a fall from grace, considering he's still only 25.

Sancho apparently turned down a deal at Chelsea as the wages were lower than at United.
Presumably thinks he'll get another loan somewhere with United subsidising the wages meaning he gets paid more than at Chelsea for the next year, then get himself a signing-on fee next year.
Which he's probably right about, but it says a lot about where his career is heading etc than it's hoping for a desperate loan or a gamble on a free transfer - he's still only 25 but hasn't been in an England squad for 3 or 4 years, has only started 20ish league games per season in the last 4 or 5 years.

There will always be clubs willing to take him. His success in the Bundesliga alone probably ensures at the very least he'll get interest from Germany.

Disagree. He has to have the opportunity to defend himself or else someone could make a false allegation for the purposes of ruining his career/extracting money.
Now that the Court has made a decision, it is obviously inappropriate for him to continue.
An odd situation, where his name had been out there for years, but nothing happened. Indeed I had assumed that the case had been dropped or it had been fake information.

It goes to show that Brentford have overtaken United in the League and have a better forward than Man united.
Could be a long season ahead for them if they don't find suitable replacements.
