Cohen has just picked up his first wicket. For a quick he really isn't very tall but he is built like a bull. Hopefully, we will get to see him in the first team and then make a decision as to whether we offer him another say one year contract. It would be a shame if, not having seen him at all to date, he then joined someone else and started taking wickets for fun but, equally, not that much point in offering him another two year deal.

If we offer him a deal, he'll be injured throughout.
If we let him go, he'll get 50 wickets for Sussex at 22...

We've signed Dom Goodman and Tom Price from Gloucestershire for the " seamers that get injured a lot" role along with Ollie Robinson cheers

He's almost 60 now so bound to pick up the odd injury or two.

Anything to get him off Sky commentary really. Probably fitter than Ollie Robinson too.
Men’s Head Coach Adam Hollioake has named a squad of 13 for the return of the Rothesay County Championship.
Daniel Bell-Drummond skippers a side that includes Jaydn Denly, fresh from representing England Under-19s in a Youth Test against India Under-19s at Beckenham, as well as returning bowlers in Wes Agar, George Garrett and Matt Quinn.
Chris Benjamin continues to be closely monitored moving forward following his shoulder dislocation earlier in the tournament, considering a longer-term plan for full rehabilitation work, but is included in the squad.
Zak Crawley is unavailable due to international commitments with England, and both Ekansh Singh & Ben Dawkins are playing for England Under-19s in the second Youth Test against India Under-19s at Chelmsford.
Mikey Cohen has now returned to playing for the Second XI and is working up his bowling workloads with a view to first-team selection in the coming future.
Also playing for the Second XI this week, also against Glamorgan in Wales, are Nathan Gilchrist, Jack Leaning, Corey Flintoff and Kashif Ali.
Jas Singh has had surgery on his ankle injury and is sidelined for the rest of the season.
Fred Klaassen and Sam Billings are white-ball contracted players and are unavailable for County Championship selection.
Tom Rogers has completed his overseas spell with the Club following the conclusion of the Vitality Blast South Group stage.
Both Muyeye and Gilchrist have improved greatly this season, both getting closer to their full potential, but with more to come. It would have been unthinkable to lose them both.
Glamorgan captain, Sam Northeast, is absent. Any rumours that this is because he is re-joining us next season might be readily dismissed - he is on paternity leave.
I still can't think of the answer to the question I posed prior to the last game when Compton and Jaydn opened - when was the last occasion that two left handers opened for us in the CC?
There's a lad playing for Glamorgan 2s called Matthew Marriott. He was educated in Kent and played for Hayes, Bexley and Sevenoaks Vine as well as coming through the Kent system. I suspect that he is at Uni there because he plays for a local club too.
Joe Denly has gone off injured - looks like his hamstring has gone and that might be it for the match. Injuries really have caught up with him in the last few years and there has to be some question marks as to whether it is financially worth offering him another contract.

I think we'll miss him much more in T20 cricket.
Stevens 39 wickets @ 18.58
Milnes 34 wickets @ 21.46
Gilchrist 30 wickets @ 20.66
That's 103 wickets. The whole of the rest of the squad managed 87 between them.
