I saw an article from one of the Portsmouth local outlets which said "Big spending Charlton" regarding us getting Knibbs. Never heard them 3 words in a sentence together in all my 34 years of being a Charlton supporter but it feels good.56

Just wait 12-18 months when we find out wages aren't being paid & we owe these clubs some fees that werent paid upfront 😄.eastterrace6168 said:jakecafc said:Unbelievable transfer window.

Outbid by plucky little Charlton.
They can't understand it.
And that's even before we plunder our customary 6 points from them 😎2 -

Our spending has got so many other clubs fans rattled on twitter, absolutely loving it21

In all seriousness with weeks left to go in this window I’m not sure we can add much more than we already have. Glad I’m not NJ when I tried to put up a starting 11 whichever way I went there were players missing that really should be starting lol2

Yeah it's brilliant been reading other forums,Reddit, twitter etc mainly due to our transfer activity and the opposition fans are being salty as you can imagine, it's gone from how have we got the money to now we've bought a league one team.CAFCsayer said:Our spending has got so many other clubs fans rattled on twitter, absolutely loving it2 -

I think a wing back will be the last piece of the puzzle. Maybe one of the trialists for 6 months before going back to Fukuda in JanuaryAndyG said:In all seriousness with weeks left to go in this window I’m not sure we can add much more than we already have. Nobody really knows what we have bought including us do we ? Transfers are weird ( eg Kirk ) but what we can say is we are giving it a good go and if things click early enough I can see us being a surprise package this seasonSteven81 said:

Moore and Donley look like loan options if we missed out on Knibbs.Callumcafc said:https://x.com/skysportspaulg/status/1949906377104621852?s=46&t=ynww82GMl7VKBjthBflU0g

All of the teams interested will be at the top of the league this year so it's encouraging that we are even showing an interest. Getting a bit light headed with all this haha.Callumcafc said:https://x.com/skysportspaulg/status/1949906377104621852?s=46&t=ynww82GMl7VKBjthBflU0g

As Reading are losing Knibbs to possibly the ambitious CAFC, is Bowler coming in just Spin 🏏0 -

Basically assembling a league 1 super team with a smattering of champ experience... if we did go back down I'd expect us to walk the leagueAndyG said:

Moore would have been one hell of a coup. No idea where he would have played but to even be linked to him is such a change from past windows.Callumcafc said:https://x.com/skysportspaulg/status/1949906377104621852?s=46&t=ynww82GMl7VKBjthBflU0g

Completely understand from Spurs perspective why he'd go to Rangers.2 -
Still think we need a RWB, with Joe Bennett on trial, maybe NJ is looking for a LWB tooAndyG said:In all seriousness with weeks left to go in this window I’m not sure we can add much more than we already have.
