    KAMINSKI: 5 not much to do but awful decision making at the end.
    RAMSAY: 7 solid as per
    JONES: 7 as above.
    BELL: 7.5 looks very comfortable on the ball
    APTER: 8 bag of tricks. Looks a good buy.
    CAREY: 8 hard working and will drag you up the field.
    COVENTRY: 6.5 tidy with some wayward passing.
    DOCHERTY: 6 personally felt he didn't do much wrong but wasn't massively involved either.
    EDWARDS: 8.5 thought he was excellent against a good winger.
    KELMAN: 6 isolated but worked hard.
    CAMPBELL: 5 no end product and if he had it, we could have won by 2-3
    Referee: 5 missed 2 clear pens, maybe 3.
    Subs:LEABURN: 6.5 looks lean and fit. 

    Knibbs 7 for the goal and proper limbs!
    Gillesphey 6.5 tidy when he came on, which is encouraging to show our depth.
    Olaofe 6.5 is going to be a menace and im here for it

    KAMINSKI: - 6 I am only marking him this low, as he had so little to do. The mistake at the end was as much to do with Macca, as Kaminski. Poor communication between two players, who've hardly played together...

    RAMSAY:  - 7.5 Made the step up seamlessly. One of the best one v. one players I've seen in a Charlton Shirt. Ideal to guide Apter in his new role.

    JONES: - 8 Another who made the step up look nonchalant. Absolutely dominant in the air in both boxes. Nearly scored twice, and got an assist.

    BELL: - 7.5 Ramsay mk. 2. People getting the heebeejeebees over him doing the exact same thing that Kayne does. A quality addition, especially as he seamlessly slotted into wing back after Josh was substituted.

    APTER: - 7 The kid's good. Sure, defensively not as good as Small, but offensively much better. When he hit the shot in the first half that just drifted wide, I said to my mate, if that had been Small, a Watford fan would have got it in the face. The shot he hit in the 2nd half, the 'keeper had given up on. He was just hoping it was going to miss. Also, as a new signing, it was great seeing him geeing up the AC Stand late in the game.

    CAREY: - 8 MotM. Now, that's my idea of competition for Berry! Led the press from the front, harrying and hassling the Watford back line. Some brilliant through balls, particularly to the raptor. Ran himself into the ground. A big unit, too. An excellent debut.

    COVENTRY: - 7 Quiet to start, as the pace of the game was high, but, as always, his fitness levels brought him more and more into the game. Dominant after about 75 minutes.

    DOCHERTY: - 7 Game passed him by at the start, but kept working, getting more and more into it. People underestimate how good a captain he is. Cajoling, directing and demanding. Helped us to maintain our shape in the few times we were under the cosh. Best captain we've had since Johnnie Jackson.

    EDWARDS: - 8 Very close to MotM. We started calling him 'the shepherd' in the first half, he handled Baah so well. And still got forward plenty of times. Another who made the step up seamlessly.

    KELMAN: - 6 Not his day. Needs to play alongside a big man, I think. Needs to learn from Matty Godden how to drift off his man. Not concerned, as I believe he will learn.

    CAMPBELL: - 6.5 A bit of a curate's egg performance. Some great runs, but also lack of anticipation a concern. Summed up, in the second half by a fantastic run to get free, and then hitting a relatively simple pass so far in front of Apter, Usain Bolt couldn't have caught it...

    Subs:LEABURN: - 6 Looked sharp and dangerous when he came on. Much better as a focal point than Kelman.
