The club trying to take profit on off-site parking is the same nonsense as trying to break even on Valley Express - a way of reducing its own ticket revenue.
I'm not in anyway way qualified in the running of football clubs
That would have got you a position in the senior management team a few years ago!

The Meridian Ground promoted by CAST as alternative parking solution early last season, did anybody on here use this option & is it still available this season?

I’m up at Woodlands Estate, the end/start of the 291 bus route. No shops or train stations in the vicinity and the only issues we have with roads round here are the shoddy pothole repairs which need redoing far too often.

That and the fact that TfL moved the bus stop and stuck it across the drop kerb I had paid for years earlier. I regularly have to tell the driver to take his break - on the shortest bus route in London - at the other end of his route!

Very pleased that the backlash from this was actually listened to this time.

In the meantime, parking at Windrush Primary School which cost £15 for the Watford game seems to have been reduced to £10 for Leicester

Yes, it was only £10 for a couple of days.

I'd be really interested in how busy / full it is on Saturday

Coming to the game tomorrow - seems impossible to find a map and other than “the entire borough” and then later “apart from Plumstead and Shooters Hill” I have no idea where parking is and isn’t allowed street by street, area by area.

Anyone aware of a clearly defined boundary?

I think these are just proposals at the moment. I don’t think much will have changed since your last visit, as long as wasn’t donkeys years ago. Good luck.

Greenwich Council had a map on there website before for the current CPZ that was introduced, should still be available as a PDF to download https://parkingingreenwich.commonplace.is/en-GB/proposals/charlton-match-day-parking-restrictions/start

Where would you normally park/like to park, if you've driven to The Valley before?
I/we can probably direct you if we know what "area" is best for you.

In the past usually we’ve parked on Eastmoor / Westmoor or side streets and walked up from there. Didn’t know if that was still ok, if it’s outside the boundary but much busier now because people got forced out of other areas etc.
