  • A really enjoyable gig at Chalk in Brighton by Blondshell. A bit poppy at times, but they know how to rock and Sabrina belts out some good stuff.

  • John Foxx & Stephen Mallinder (Cabaret Voltaire ) at Rough Trade last night .
A really good night and some Amusing storys from the early days of Electronic Music .

  • T Rextasty at O2 Islington, thoroughly enjoyed it !

Nice one and very jealous.  John Foxx is one of my musical heroes, met him briefly at the back of the Lyceum in 1980 watching some band or other, at the time he was just about to release Metamatic, Saw him in 1983 at the Dominion and 30 years later when he supported OMD with the "Maths".  His work on Systems of Romance with Ultravox completely changed my choice of musical interest. Top Man.
  • Can anyone who is a fan of Gorillaz and seen them live let me know how good they are and the vibe of the concerts? Do they use animation and does the music come across as well? I really enjoy the music but am drawn by the animation too. Have a couple of gigs to choose from around my birthday next year and am veering toward Gorillaz atm.
  • Just heading home from seeing Wargasm. That was just what I needed. So much energy.

    Next up, Garbage on Thursday.

Don’t tell me, you get up when you want.
  • No luck getting Ariana Grande tickets for my daughter. Managed to get through but they only had one ticket at over £400 for the night I'd selected available. I love my daughter but not that much!

Chico: The garbage man is outside
