From what I've seen though offshoring to India seems to be the preferred method currently rather than hire in country. Add on interest rates have been high, taxes on business plus no doubt IT budgets have been slashed due to Cloud costs and subscriptions rising year on year
Don't make the mistake of thinking AI is a 'help tool'. As far as you can see it, that might be the case - but in the background, it's already replacing huge swathes of mostly entry and low level jobs.

A person has been arrested in connection with a cyber-attack which has caused days of disruption at several European airports including Heathrow.
The National Crime Agency (NCA) said a man in his forties was arrested in West Sussex "as part of an investigation into a cyber incident impacting Collins Aerospace".
