Your level of self importance is off the charts.golfaddick said:Have we a match on Saturday ? Haven't given it much thought what with the Ryder Cup being on.
So you'll all be glad that I wont be posting much on the Match Thread.....if at all. Might just have time to switch channels on Sky to see the updates on Soccer Saturday once in a while.
My prediction......Rory to secure another point for Europe, and TC to do the same for us
1-1.13 -
A win tomorrow would put us solidly top half and knocking on the door of top six.5

Lets hope Cool Hand Luke doesn't ride into town today.....and put a bullet into our unbeaten home run...letthegoodtimesroll said:
spelling aside, it’s at least 4 games too soon to tell. This is a Wild West saloon brawl division where everyone slugs it out and you have to wait a little bit longer to get a clearer picture to be sure the cowboy in the white hat will prevail even though you really know already that this is a fight where he will. As things stand we are holding our own in the melee and still in the mix, we’ve shrugged off the unexpected flying bar stool that came our way at the QPR game and briefly made us groggy and we’re back riding the punches and dishing it out in equal measures. There are some early contenders in the fight that have started strong but I fully expect the bartender with a club and the saloon bar whore with a whiskey bottle, a heart of gold and a soft spot for the hero to start whacking a couple of those on the head when they are not looking. All we need to do is to keep slugging atm until there’s a bit more elbow room between us and the next fight and hope Nathan can keep playing the piano. Have you actually watched the Cool Hand Luke movie ?
the parking meters and boiled eggs are probably the ones that would be worried

Who gives a fuck about the Ryder Cup, this is a Charlton football forum.
Just as you are not interested in football, most of us have zero or little interest in golf.I suggest that you do everyone a favour, and leave this forum, and bore you fellow golf pals instead of us!7 -

Can't we do a Chelsea and claim we didn't lose against Leicester, as it's the most one sided defeat we've ever seen?3

Cantwells wife is due, so he might not play for them. That would be a touch.
Can see this being a draw. 1-12 -
Sneak preview of the line up maybe?

Didn't know we had a match today? Not given it much thought due to the British open snooker being on, semi final stage now.I'll keep up with the scores I guess but I'll be mainly focused on the itv 4 coverage of the snooker. My prediction is probably Selby and Higgins making it to the final and a draw for Charlton.19

Does anyone know whether you can park on the road outside M&S/Sainsbury's if you have a disabled sticker?
Asking for my daughter.
Thank you.0 -

They’re the drunken cowboy that got hit on the rebound by the swinging saloon doors as they tried to walk in and join the fight and tumbled back over the horses hitching post outsideEugenesAxe said:

Jones is just a wonderful manager and I noticed same that it's until last whistle to tell that charlton lost or drawn more especially when it's 0-0. He is good at making a difference in results5
-
Unchanged team and a 1-1 draw I'll go with.
Although a 1 or 2-0 shut out wouldn't be a surprise either, loving life in this league again.
