Reckon he’s a good bet for anytime goal scorer in the coming matches too. If I’m remembering correctly, Saturday’s header from TC’s cross is the third time this season he’s forced a flying save from the opposition’s keeper. He seems very determined to be first to any high ball he competes for, in both boxes.

What a defender he has tuned in too. a lot of credit to NJ in improving his confidence and getting him on the front foot.

Heard he had an altercation with a certain supporter at the players exit on Saturday. Said supporter verbally abusing LJ and his missus.

We do have some strange ones.

Makes you sick to think a supporter could be doing this to a player like Jones, especially after a game

It’s all over fb and twitter. The person involved has a problem with LJ, there were some messages between the two previously shared on social media, and they can’t seem to let it go.

Its really really weird and bordering baby reindeer type shit.

Whatever the rights and wrongs are, as a supporter you should just leave the players alone once they leave the stadium (unless it's for kids wanting photos/autographs)

I'd wager that if it's true that we have a "supporter" who is hurling abuse at one of our finest after a great game that they are definitely unhinged, definitely in Baby Reindeer territory and definitely need to be kept away from The Valley. We don't need anyone unsettling our team as they look to re-establish themselves as a strong Championship side. Lloyd Jones can have the freedom of South London as far as I'm concerned.

Without seeing the alleged messages shared on social media between the two, this sounds like a personal issue between two people, rather than a Charlton fan abusing one of their own players for no reason.

You can certainly see why he was chosen to be in that US reality dating show just before he joined us...

Can't imagine he would've abused Ryan Inniss face to face.
  • Instant ban needs to be handed out here with immediate effect. Player safety after a game is paramount.

Is this person a Charlton Supporter?

Why would they want to be arguing with players?

It’s the same one who wouldn’t have a bad word said about Albie Morgan, she’s said horrible things to Lloyd and his missus, she needs to be banned from The Valley as is it just very strange behaviour and just not on

Not “players” just Lloyd Jones, who she has a “baby reindeer” style obsession with him

I hope she doesn't get to see me in my shorts then.
Don't think I could handle another stalker.

If its who i think it is, I once happened upon their instagram on a doom scroolling session before i deleted the app. Cant put my finger on anything that crossed a line but the whole vibe personally felt a bit off.

Not sure how stacked they are at CB but Lloyd Jones is surely close to a Wales call up

I often see the same person waiting for players as they arrive at the ground, and wondered if it was them. I guess so.

In terms of CB's their last squad was Ben Cobango (Swansea), Ben Davies (Spurs), Dylan Lawler (Cardiff, 18 yrs old) and Joe Rodon (Leeds). They also have Ampadu who can play there or DM. Lawler might be his best bet to replace but Bellamy seems to want to blood youngsters
