I always give the academy boys a longer leash. Patience has officially worn out on Leaburn and Campbell

Running at the defender and shifting it onto his left is the one move TC has. It worked in League 1, it works 1/20 times in the championship. Zero faith in both of them at the moment

Triple sub. Doc Anderson and Fullah
That pretty much, is an indication of how bad the midfield has been.

5 points off relegation as it stands.
Take that at the end of the season

For those who watch more of the academy - is there anyone coming through whatsoever at left back? Can’t be any worse.

Hope for a positive second half. Need to show some cohesion, stability and aggression.

It’s basically Enslin (who NJ clearly doesn’t rate) or Bower who is playing National League South football
  • Sod this for a bowl of cherries, I'm off down the allotment.

Actually, on second thoughts, that bottle of Valpolicella looks quite inviting :o

Don’t Know how Conor Coventry is escaping any criticism in recent weeks.
Just isn’t doing anything at all.

The 'we have to accept we have League One standard players' argument might be a little more acceptable if we hadn't spent 12 million in the summer.
    On league one players...

Campbell and Leaburn are absolutely useless.
Leaburn is an impact player coming off the bench. The team has very rarely played well when Leaburn has started.

Everytime the ball comes down our left it gets to our penalty area before s challenge. Who us playing LWB?

Middlesbrough are 6-1 up in their last three halves of football, away at Hull and now here at the Valley.

Some of their fans HT comments seem to suggest this is the best they’ve played in a while and they were already top 2 before their new manager came in.

Paying the price for signing injury prone defenders
I made that point recently but got told we  only signed them because they were cheap.

Doesn't matter how cheap they were if they are always injured.

    Cov Carey and Knibbs off.

Complete rotation of the midfield three.

He is ineffective, but that’s more a comment on our system and lack of quality. He’s has very little infront of him to work with.

He’s not doing loads wrong, he’s just got very little chance when he’s overloaded every single attack.

I thought he was more of a Coventry type midfielder, rather than a Left-Back and was another square peg in that area?

We have a habit of turning the opposition into prime Barcelona it seems.
