Tough watch at the minute but have to keep the faith. Won’t have a run of games harder than this this season.

    We’re 18th and 21st is still a good season.
We're in complete free fall though. It’s becoming quite alarming. Struggling to see where the points will come from
Reckon you would have said the same 12 months ago?

As I say, keep the faith. Jones has shown us he can get us out of holes before. Panic won’t do anyone any good.

We are basically fucked this season unless Bell starts 😂
We just need proper cover, the fact we've lost both Bell and Edwards on the Left is what's hurt us

We've jumped in a time machine, gone back 12-months and are once again trying different formations and different square pegs.
Completely agree. We don’t have a LCM or a LB on the pitch. We also have arguably the worst CB in the League trying to cover those frailties.

Against sides of the this quality it’s never going to end well.

Amari Bell feels like such a massive miss.

We are in a shocking run of form and look clueless at the moment. But we did at this point last year as well.

No point in panicking yet as we’ve had a tough run of fixtures to coincide with this.
It’s not a one or two player problem. We are all at sea all over the pitch.
Our attack has been a problem all season, this isn't just a LWB issue.

TK should be saving that, but considering he has kept us in it to that point it's hard to criticise him too much.

Macca is so far out of his depth, playoff hero maybe, but L1 is clearly his level.

Ramsay and Jones have been ok, but spent most of the game running to fill the gaps left by Macca.

Who even is at LB/LWB? Not sure our players know.

Midfield bringing nothing. Carey thrown to the wolves by Macca for the first but should have gone straight after the ball instead of complaining.

Berry, half hearted penalty appeal. Not sure he did much else.

Leaburn, you can see what Boro think of him considering they don't even feel the need to challenge him for headers as his flicks are aimless.

Campbell, confidence shot which is confirmed by him bottling the 50/50 before their second. I'd love to see Apter up there, then you bring on Campbell for 30/35 mins when their defence is tiring.

But have to remember we are missing Godden, Kelman, Burke, Bell, Edwards who would all make this team better. Disappointed we have failed to weather this storm of injuries but there's still a long way to go this season and I expect us to turn it around.

Campbell simply shouldn't be playing at Left Wing-Back... At least with Ramsay at Left-Back we had some proper defensive cover alongside Gillesphey, but seeing Jones has agreed with the calls to go to a back five on here, we've made our left more vulnerable.

Equally for all Campbell's faults with that second goal, his burst of pace, and cross to win a corner is one of the few chances created.
It's all opinions but Ramsay was awful at left back.

We’ve lost two players but what’s happened to the fight from everyone else?

The 'we have to accept we have League One standard players' argument might be a little more acceptable if we hadn't spent 12 million in the summer.
Exactly, it was simply spent on players who haven't proved themselves in this league. Steve Gallen got absolute belters towards the end of his tenure yet Nathan Jones' signing of players hasn't been much better

At least our players are getting fitter by all the chasing around trying to catch the ball without any success

How long is Jones gonna play 3-5-2? It don’t work in this league!!! Most of the top teams just overrun us. We’ve been found out!!
Ironic really because we started the game 4-2-3-1 and went back to 3-5-2 halfway through.
They were all over us out wide initially. Let's be honest they're just miles better than us whatever formation we play.
Yeah basically, which is why it feels a bit pointless calling out players or the manager.

When you’re getting beat by a better team, you say fair enough and you have to get your points from the teams around you.

Fucking hell...... Cole Palmer, Estevao, Enzo Fernandez, Reece James, Pedro Neto et al are coming next month.

It's gonna be the biggest battering since Apollo Creed vs Ivan Drago

No left back, no Bell. Really hurting us.

Yep. Major weakness. Josh Edwards has been a huge loss. Macca was barely good enough for League One, let alone this level.

Yea god knows, has to give him a chance though, wasn’t like he was a crock of shit when he played at the start of the season.

We're missing Godden, Kelman, Bell, and Edwards, it's no wonder we're struggling ,and will be until we are back to a more balance side, talk about square pegs in round holes...

  • At least the half time music is fire.

He's going to be a Florent Rouamba level signing isn't he? Baffling.

Can only imagine that his attitude hasn't impressed Jones since being dropped... and wants Apter to prove to him why he should come back into the side

TC definitely bottled it and should have tracked back but the fact they ran basically the whole length of the pitch unchallenged is a symptom of a system that isn’t functioning properly. That goal was so symptomatic of our current problems

You may all laugh but for 45 mins I'd like to try 44fucking2. 2 strikersup top & 2 wingers supplying them. Stop fucking about at the back & just get the ball forward.

    Can't be any worse

I don't care if TC was to blame for that goal or not, that was totally unacceptable.
