Gillesphey had no idea where the attacker was there
Given it's panto season he should at least think "he's behind you!"

    Get back to 4-4-2
  • We seem to have gone backwards to this time last year!

TC has been the target of some spiteful bullshit this season but bottling challenges is always unforgivable then not chasing back when he’s pissed away possession is shameful
If he starts 2nd half NJ needs his head checking
  • I've been quite a defender of TC so far this season, but that is absolutely shameful bottling that

This should be Campbell’s last start for some time. He needs to know that his place isn’t guaranteed. I’ve kept quiet for a while now but that attempt (or lack of) to make a tackle was so half hearted, and you just knew it would end in a Middlesbrough goal at the other end.

    i fear this.
Wouldn't be the backward step it was last time, more like a backward leap!

HUGE January incoming, money HAS to be spent and properly
  • Walked through us.

TC could have done better, but losing the ball in the opponents box shouldn't result in a goal 10 seconds later.

Very poor from the goalie too.

Just back in time for the second, missed the first, is it worth catching up with the match thread or just assume it's been like this the whole time?

    🥲

Needed to keep that at 1...shame, but when you look at it we've been really lucky it wasn't more. The TC, Carey, Berry and Knibbs midfield is not working. Let's have Karoy on for Berry, push Carey into the 10 position and see if that works any better? Olaofe for Miles on the hour no doubt. Not many other options unless Apter and R-C get time. COYA!

Please lets change it for second half. Please nathan.
You may all laugh but for 45 mins I'd like to try 44fucking2. 2 strikers up top & 2 wingers supplying them. Stop fucking about at the back & just get the ball forward.

    Can't be any worse

How many of our players start for any other Championship side?

    (Excluding Sheffield Wednesday)

Hopefully the last we see of Campbell. Completely out of his league
  • Campbell did no challenge for the ball.

Ball down the wing and now 2-0 down.

The lad is not strong enough

I’d accept 0-1 on that display but TC completely bottled it.

Surety he must be dropped now.

I think the selection of Knibbs and Berry was risk to far, Boro's movement has left them chasing shadows. Both goals come from our mistakes though.

So frustraiting…TC never wants to get stuck in and rarely uses his talents

    Leaburn equally frustraiting

    defence looks shot to pieces

Not sure what the midfield are doing

Campbell needs out of this squad. Pathetic bottle job
He’s not offering enough, but making us slower will only put more pressure on our defence.
Sacrifice Knibbs and put Roussillion on at HT, get some proper balance back in the Defence
Knibbs? Knibbs! He's been the best of a (fucking awful) midfield so far.

Even on a yellow he actually runs about and tries to tackle people, more than the rest of them combined today

Campbell’s fault for the second, didn’t make a challenge in the box at the other end.

We've lost four in a row and are playing a team with heaps of quality and pace through the middle, and we start Luke Berry? What is the point.
    Its wild isnt it?!
    And knibbs

Men against boys. Better team simple as that, didn’t help that TC didn’t compete for that ball and Kaminsky got beat at the near post.
