I could get my own seat but nothing else near it. Had to sit in another block.0

There is an option to amend your purchase or words similar, click on that and it takes you to a seating planYTS1978 said:Can get my seat, but need an extra one. Can't quite work it out? Any ideas?0 -
I'm in Limbo.
It says Payment is still being processed. You are advised to return to the payment website and either complete or cancel the payment. OR you can cancel the entire transaction, however in this case there is some risk that the payment will still be processed.
Not sure how i'm supposed to return to the payment website ?0 -
They've also sent a link to my phone, and that doesn't work either!Orpingtony said:I can log in to the website, but not to buy tickets for this game.0 -

Got mine and have opted for apple wallet tickets. Got the email albeit when I click it says that the ticket hasn't been generated yet3

Managed to get my two ST seats and two extra for family but my god the website is a nightmare to navigate, no clear prompts as to what to do next. The air was blue, my wife left the room!3

Thanks @Henry Irving most appreciated. Got an extra seat in the covered end, but a few rows further down.1

Few years ago Chelsea were at home to Bradford City, they were 2-0 up but somehow lost 4-2.SoundAsa£ said:ElfsborgAddick said:SoundAsa£ said:
The FA Cup holds far more kudos, importance and significance than the poxy EFL Cup……have no fear, IMHO they will put out a very strong lineup.ElfsborgAddick said:
Chelsea made 11 changes for tonight's game with Cardiff from last weekends game against Everton.Chippycafc said:
I am in Scotland that weekend for my old workshop doo. Planning to see the mighty Cowdenbeath v clydebank on that Saturday. I knew it was 3rd round of the cup and thought we get the usual shit draw, so thought sod it. Down to me the plum draw.Valley Ant said:I travel to Hayling Island on the Friday and travel back on Monday for a weekend away with a big group of friends.
Do I come back for the match? I would like to but am I being daft?
Now cowdens game finishes at 16.50 I am in the same dilemma. Lol.
They'll do the same against us.
In fact, it may even be their strongest. We'll see, I'll be amazed if they do not make a minimum of five changes.I'm not sure why they'll fear a struggling Championship side.
It’s the FA Cup Elfie…..you don’t have to look far to find some of the most extraordinary and unlikely results imaginable.
It’s what makes the competition so attractive. 🫨
Something like that on the 10th would be unforgettable.1 -
It is telling me to go to 'assign owners' to get tickets under my son's name. Can;t see the 'assign owners' link at all.
Edit - just sorted this0 -
There. I've changed that for you.iaitch said:

My seat is no longer showing so now can't buy either linked S/T seat.
The Charlton ticket website is without a shadow of a doubt the worst ticketing system ever and I've used hundreds. It's not fit for purpose if your transaction is not very basic, like a ticket for yourself only.5 -

Going by fb, Stuwall ain't happy.4 -

Logged in and got mine and grandson's ST seats in a couple of minutes.
If I looked at Upper Covered End Block N (our block) most of the seats are greyed out but I assume that's due to ST seats being reserved or already claimed so at this stage I'd say it was impossible to tell how many tickets have been sold.3 -
Its a Cup game so thats not included in your season ticket allocation so you should be fine having tickets nearby3
-
But maybe not if you have ST holders around you and they want to claim their regular seats.barstool said:Its a Cup game so thats not included in your season ticket allocation so you should be fine having tickets nearby0 -
After trying for hours, got put through to a helpdesk in India.
They couldn't help me with any tickets but my Sky subscription is now cheaper.

The FA Cup died when Man United pulled out of it years ago.SoundAsa£ said:ElfsborgAddick said:SoundAsa£ said:

Don't get me started on the semis being staged at Wembley as well.7 -
Gave up on website, couldnt remember password,i was sent a link to get new one,but it kept sending me somewhere else.i phoned and got sorted in about half an hour. This game has been arranged for some time, why only release tickets now and give 10000 season ticket holders so little time to claim their seat.1

I’ve no idea if someone has replied as i haven’t gone through the thread beyond this.Nicholas said:Dannoo_86 said:Doesn’t give me the option to buy my kid’s season ticket seat next to mine. Anyone else got this problem?
Same here. Have 2 boys with season tickets but have to log into their accounts separately and have to order all separately and pay the booking fee 3 times which is stupid. They are linked to my account and I’ve always been able to link away tickets in their name as well. Not sure what to do.Dannoo_86 said:Doesn’t give me the option to buy my kid’s season ticket seat next to mine. Anyone else got this problem?I personally would screenshot that they’re linked , how you can’t buy your boys tickets. Order all separately then email the ticket office with your screenshots. If I remember right (I haven’t looked) the linked accounts have to give permission to purchase on behalf of someone else etc. Hopefully they’ll then refund the 2 extra booking fees. Seems reasonable to me to do that.0 -
Bring back the days of queuing up at the ticket office.5
