plate was a little overful.
Yorkshires by the missus. Everything else by me cooked for 12.
3 day wet brined turkey. Roasties (there are 7 on the plate but hidden. Honey roast parsnips and carrots. Cheesey leeks with the obligatory sprouts on top. Baked cabbage stuffing and mini pigs in blankets. Turkey gravey (more added post photo
Round 2 not pictured, roast beef (additional beef gravy) brocoli, leek and butter bean pie (for the veggies) and a 2nd full helping of potatos and parsnips.1 -

Had mine with my mum at the care home.. this is what they served up. Pretty sure it was jam instead of cranberry....sprouts were fucking awful, though you can't go wrong with the pigs in blankets... The giant bollock on the plate put me off a bit..
