    Lol - we bought them duty free in John Lewis in about 2013 before an overseas posting - if things were shipped directly overseas I didn't have to pay VAT - they are Denby

    I agree. Cauliflower Cheese should be nowhere near any roast. On the side with some gammon, peas and sautéed potatoes... different story.
    Anyone who has it on a roast is just odd. It doesn't go with gravy.

    Almost as strange is Cottage/Shepherds Pie with baked beans.

    I like the Yorkie cave. Prefer my turkey sliced rather than grated though.
